I had them repair my vinyl siding on the north side of my house and repair some wood underneath the siding they trimmed around eight windows done a fantastic job a month or so later I had hail damage so I hired them to replace the siding on the whole south side of my house and trim it looks great they done it in a timely manner their technicians were very friendly and cleaned up well after themselves I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to all of my friends

Work should have started 7/5 but the worker showed up about an hour late then was not prepared for work. Had to return the following day ti start removal of the siding. There was a bit of confusion on how or if he could install siding tiles instead of siding sheet. Eventually after showing him exactly what I wanted and a neighbors install were able to start install of new siding. The tiles were two different colors some yellow and some green. Secondly there were holes made in our roof to hold up the ladder in order to install the bigger side wall. Hugo the siding installer wanted to simply cover with caulk and I explained that wouldn't hold for long and would need a roof repair to replace shingles. Which Robert sent a few days later. A week later the painter Angel shows up to caulk and paint, I was not available to supervise as we were headed out of town. I waited for Robert to call but he never did. After a week of waiting I sent a message on Jul 24 saying that the caulk was bleeding thru the paint and that the front was blotchy. The yellow tiles did not take very well and you could tell the difference. Robert never responded until I initiated this claim. Asking to come by and collect the other half of the payment. He said he never got my text with the information for the fixes. I told him he would have to fix a few things before I would pay him. A couple of days later he text that the painter would be by at 6 pm to complete fixes. Painter shows up and is not well prepared asked to borrow my ladder and wanted to provide caulk. He also stated that he went over the front 3x to cover evenly and did not think it would make a difference to place another coat because the tiles were different colors. I told him to do it anyway so used a small roller to redo the paint. But had to return to caulk because there was none provided by Robert to complete the fix. So now we will wait for Saturday. Its been one thing after another to get this done and I am so ready to have it finished.

"I'm sorry that this project didn't go as planned. Our first day on a siding job is solely to stage materials and walk through job to plan install. We understand that there are different ways to install siding, we are one of only 8 master certified James Hardie installers in Texas. So, we install according to the manufacturer recommended procedures. I understand that you requested to be installed in a different manner. We followed your request, though not standard procedure. The yellow vs green is primed from manufacturer. No difference in material and solely different color primer, this is how the shake siding came from the manufacturer. My installer should never ask the homeowner for materials, money or tools. He will be spoken with about this issue. And, if this happens again, he will no longer work for us. Our guys are supplied with all materials and tools needed ahead of time. Again, we never received a call, email or text as you suggest above. At this point, the project is 100% complete. And, your neighbor just signed up for us to work on their home. They love the new look on your home and we did another of their friends homes earlier in the year. (thank you) We do not agree with your review except for maybe the time from start to complete was not what any of us had wished for. The quality of workmanship is very good and overall job looks terrific according to anyone else we've spoken too that has seen the project. Now that the project is 100% complete, we have been unable to reach you to collect final payment. Please, feel free to reach out to me, Christopher at 817-201-6800. I've also left you a voicemail with my personal mobile number. Thank you for your business. Christopher"

It took 6 months after payment before they started. They started work the same day I was scheduled to go out of state. The crew evidently did half the job, and left. Told their boss they had finished. They destroyed my gutters, and took down an eighty five year old family heirloom and broke it into pieces. My security light was broken and still does not work, and was put back up as if everything was fine. With the holes necessary to hold it up now as a horrid reminder of the lessons learned from this debacle. They left nails, screws, and other trash including Mexican beer bottles in my back yard. We suffered several flat tires and fear of walking in the back yard. It took another month for them to return and finish, and then only after attempting to get the remainder of the money owed. My gutters had to be replaced since they could not be repaired. Do not trust your home to these people. They honestly couldn't care less about the quality, or the timing.
