It is difficult to appreciate just how awesome this company is without some kind of idea about what other companies offer.
Without going into detail, just know, this company is head and shoulders above every other glass company in the area.
I am a real estate broker. I've tried them all. One thing I had to realize is just because it says North Richland Hills Mirror and Glass doesn't mean they only serve NRH. In fact, there are other companies out there named ______ mirror and glass that may be located closer... Trust me, its worth it to call this company.
They go measure, inspect, and even replace without any hand holding. They even replaced all the windows without anyone at home to direct them. These guys are true professionals and can be counted on when dependability matters.

These guys were fantastic. Called ahead to allow me time to meet them for the estimate and the service. Estimate was spot on and very reasonable. Installation was professional and installers were highly courteous.
They even took some time to give us some pointers on some DIY things we may want to do to shore up some of the other windows in the house. They noted that the original company who installed the windows took some shortcuts with bracing that may have been as much at fault as the hail was for the breakage. Since the windows are so old, they don't have the bracing needed for these, or I'd have them retrofitted. But they showed me a quick fix for the problem. 
VERY VERY SATISFIED!

I had actually called a couple of places to get estimates and they called me right back with an estimate and their price was the lowest. The receptionist was very courteous and knowledgeable. They helped me load the glass in the car and also gave me clear rubber bumpers so that the glass does not slide.

I dropped off the broken shelf on a Friday, picked up a new, replacement shelf the following Tuesday. Easy transaction, easy to find location

They were helpful and professional but their price was expensive. They were on time when they came out. They completed the job. My overall experience with them has been positive. I would use them again in case of any emergency situation.
