I paid almost $400 for carpenter ant treatment with a 60 warranty. They never could get them under control. They came out three times and I called again at 60 days, and they said the warranty expired. We only had them in one bathroom but they remained active throughout the treatment period. Instead of doing the right thing, they only offered an annual contract with monthly payments. Why would I sign up for that when they were unable to take care of it in 60 days? We never went a day without active carpenter ants during the treatment period so they should have done the right thing and take care of the problem.

Bugs dead and mosquitoes gone

Myles used a powdered spray to destroy the nest and had no more problems. Very professional and efficient; explained options and did the work quickly. I would use them again.

I had a wasp nest located under my deck which I couldn't see to treat. I called about 10 am and spoke with a lady (can't recall her name) who was very friendly and courteous; explained the problem and she set up an appointment for the same day. Andrew arrived on time, was very professional in appearance, attitude, and a good listener. He did a walk-around the outside of the house to inspect for any problems but found no trace of termites or other serious issues. He offered some pest control options with no pressure (the prices were reasonable), but I only needed the wasp nest removed at the time. After suiting up, he found and destroyed the nest very quickly. (applied a spray powder between the deck boards and around the side board where the wasps were entering.) I will be using Myles again; very pleased with Andrew and his work!

Steve was great and was thorough. It is a family owned business nice touch. Susan was very nice on the phone.

We have used Myles Pest Services (A Right Way Pest Control) for years, This is the first time we have had them take care of

mosquitos. They have taken care of crickets, roaches and ants at our home. I am allergic to many chemicals, so Myles only sprays or treats with granules, the outside of our house, and that takes care of all the bugs.

I called Myles' office this morning, telling Susan about the mosquito problem. She sent the men out to spray around the house by late this afternoon. They completely went around the outside of our home, and I did talk to them before they left. The men said the treatment should last one month, and hopefully the temperatures will be low enough to kill all the mosquitos and their larvae by November. The workers were very punctual and courteous. I appreciated the fact that they wore shirts with the company logo.

Best pest control company I have ever used. Small family owned business so very hands on with a customer. I pay $520 for yearly service.

I have used this company for around 15 years. Patrick, the owner, has always had the utmost integrity and honesty, and is very professional. Of all the people I have come into my home for repair, maintenance, etc., I trust Patrick the most. He does great work and stands behind it, always making sure I'm satisfied with his services. Sometimes he doesn't come personally, but I've always received the same level of service from his employees.

We contacted A-Right Way Pest Control explaining we needed interior and exterior service. Lot size is approximately 1/4 acre. The technician, Steve arrived promptly. He had a professional attitude and was very courteous. We were asked if there were specific problems and we explained the issues. He made an inspection of the property and came back with a cost of service quote. We asked him to continue. He did a through, professional job within the hour. I will not hesitate to use this company next time.

He came out and didn't know what kind of wasps I had. He got one and sent it to Aand M's lab and found out it was a Cricket Wasp. When he got the answer from them, he had to come out 3 or 4 times to get rid of them. He is a little high but worth every penny.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY OUR PREVIOUS PEST CONTROL THAT WENT OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY HAVE DONE MANY JOBS FOR US AND OUR CHURCH. THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND SUCCESSFUL.
