We are a full service jeweler specializing in custom jewelry. We also offer jewelry repair, ring sizing, soldering,stone setting/replacement, watch batteries/repair as well as engraving and GIA appraisals. Customers may shop our extensive inventory in either one of our convenient locations or create their own one of a kind piece. Friendly, professional staff in a well organized welcoming shop. They did a great job re-sizing and were supposed to notify me when ready. I called "after" the expected due date for an update. The ring had been stored in another area and therefore I didn't get a call that it was ready. It was located and I picked up same day. Staff were apologetic and ring is now perfectly sized. I would use Metro Custom Jewelers again.

My husband wanted to buy a special ring for me since we'd been together for 20 years. A friend told us of the grand opening of their second location in Watauga so we stopped by. We met with Rueben and explained the situation. I had no idea what I wanted. He said he would get some different rings together and for us to stop by in a couple of days. The second time we came the ring he showed us was gorgeous! My husband and I both knew it was the one for us. Rueben did a great job of getting it appraised and working with our insurance company in order for us to pick it up when we wanted it

To start, I'm a bargain shopper. I visited the store several times just trying to get an idea as to how much it would cost to get a larger stone for my wife's ring. Each time, they were more then happy to show me what they had. After the second visit, the owner pointed out a diamond he was willing to reduce the cost on to get it within my idea budget. I still wasn't sure so they brought in additional diamonds for me to compare. I decided to still think about the original stone. They continued to be patience as i did comparison shopping at other places. After another couple of weeks and one more visit, I decided to purchase the diamond and have it mounted. It took them all of a day to get the smaller diamonds out and fit the new larger diamonds in. Ring looked great and totally blow my wife's mind when she saw her updated rings. Heather went above normal customer service by working with my uncertainty. The price for the quality was worth the looking around.

I will be using them for future purchases.
