While we were away from our home, our Labrador got into the Halloween candy. He consumed 3 1/2 bags of snack size candies with the wrappers. He became very ill! The candy wrappers left a pink and red dye on the carpets. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpets but Robert from Marton's was very determined to remove the stains and to my surprise the carpets look new again. I have used Marton's on several occasions and have been more than satisfied. Robert goes the extra mile to get the job done well!

Marton's was extremely courteous and professional on the phone when we called to schedule our carpet cleaning. We had to reschedule once, and they were happy to oblige. Robert gave us a courtesy call on the way over, arrived promptly as scheduled, and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He even managed to remove almost all of the dried-up Play-dough from the carpet in the playroom. Best of all, we got a fantastic price for the job! We definitely plan to use Marton's from now on for our carpet cleaning needs.

A week after they cleaned the carpet. we had a plumbing problem. They came back within an hour or so after we called, set up fans, removed the padding that was ruined and sterilized the carpet. Came back reinstalled the carpet. Couldn't have been better service. Very professional and the price was reasonable. We have several rent houses and will be using them again.

It took 2-days versus 1-day because of machinery issues. there apparently were 2 chairs that were real dirty. did one pass versus two to see if water was not dirty.

I would highly recommend this service provider. They were responsive to my first call, reasonably priced, on time, and did a great job. The service tech, Robert, was very hard working and he had his job cut out for him!. He even came back on his way home to touch up a small spot. Then he fixed my storm door to boot. The price was exactly what was quoted with no add ons.

We were so pleased! He was able to get all the animal stains and most of the people stains out. We thought his price was more than reasonable, and we will use him again. Thank you for making our house feel so clean!

Very thorough. My cat threw up on the stairs and he treated it with stain remover and even pulled up the carpet to clean the padding underneath. Smell is all gone. I had a coupon for three rooms and a hallway, but asked them to do the two staircases instead. He did charge me an extra $20 for the stain remover, which was a little unfair, as two staircases is a lot less to clean than three rooms and a hallway, but I didn't push back on it.
He also pointed out that they could clean and polish my travertine and make it look really spectacular when I put my house on the market (I told him we may be moving) but he didn't do a hard sell or anything, just made me aware that was an option. Very happy overall.

"Thank you for the feedback. That Kind of issue with a cat stain can be a little difficult especially on a staircase with wood underneath. If we can effectively remove the odor from the padding, the carpet and the wood in one treatment then we are very happy too! lol"

My house was going on the market and I needed my carpet cleaned. Found Marton's Carpet Care on Angie's list and contacted them. Spoke with Shane who was very courteous, informative and provided very reasonable price quote. I had to reschedule several times and they were very flexible. Shane did a phenomenal job on my carpet which had several areas that were heavily soiled. Carpet, which is over 10 years old, looked like new when he finished. The job was completed fast and, additionally he used a high powered fan to help dry the carpet as I needed the carpet to dry quickly. Am very pleased with their work and would use them again.

Robert arrived on time. he checked for cat urine spots in the carpet. he deodorized the whole carpet throughout the house then cleaned. took no time at all and looked beautiful.
