Mr. jones responded so quickly to my call, and was able to troubleshoot and correct the problem the same day. Very nice, professional, and efficient.

I contacted Jones Electric and spoke with Allen about the problem we were having with the smoke detectors. I told him the alarms were going off intermittently and we weren't sure if the units needed to be replaced or if there was a problem with the wiring. Allen said that since the detectors were 16 years old they probably needed to be replaced. He told me the brand of smoke detectors he uses and he provided an estimate to remove the old units and install the new ones. Allen arrived the following day and installed the new detectors. He said he noticed a few problems with the existing wires and he fixed that as well. I asked if he would have time to check a kitchen gfci outlet since I thought there may be a problem with it. He checked it and found that it was working correctly. Allen does great work and his prices are very reasonable. It was a pleasure to do business with him and when we need any electrical work done in the future we will definitely call Allen.

Responded the same day and arrived very quickly. Quality work done with a recommendation for electric appliance placement to avoid wiring difficulties in the future.

Allen is an amazing electrician. He is responsive and shows up when he says he will be there. He takes his time and does it right. He checks and double checks everything. I was a bit reluctant to post this now because I will be calling him for additional work that I will need done in the next few weeks and I don't want him to get TOO popular!!

I used Jones Electric to wire three of the rooms in my house to have ceiling fans, and also to install fan boxes in those three rooms. I initially got a quote from a different electric company, also recommended by Angie’s List, but this company quoted me at what seemed like an extremely high price; much too high for the work to be done. That first company also said they would have to remove the makeshift wood flooring in my attic used for making walking easier, and they said they would charge extra for this also. That is when I called Allen Jones with Jones Electric. He quoted me at $500 less than the first company, and said he could do the work without tearing up the flooring in my attic. I scheduled Allen to do the work, and was EXTREMELY happy with the job that Jones Electric did. Allen was very personable, talking to me as he did his work, explaining everything that he was doing. He gave me expert advice on the best places the put the light switches in the rooms, and also gave me very good pointers for installing my own fans and light fixtures. It has been five months since I used Jones Electric to do this job, and since then I have installed my own fans and light fixtures around my house, always remembering the good advice Allen gave me. I have been more than remarkably pleased with the job that Jones Electric did. Everything is working as it should, and I would highly recommend Allen Jones to anyone needing an electrical job done. Should I ever need electrical work in my house in the future, Jones Electric will be my first call.

Allen is a great electrician! He is very meticulous and does not take any shortcuts which is important when it comes to electrical work. Our patio lighting looks wonderful thanks to him!

It went excellent. Mr. Jones was very responsive to my msg through Angie's List and he called and came out, gave an estimate, and returned that same day and did the work. We are very happy and will definitely use him again! He had a 10% off coupon which helped too.

It was fine. He is not one to write up a bid unless you need one-but will do so upon request., He also is very careful in his work-and will install whatever you purchase (like fans or lights). We were recommended for him from Lights Unlimited in Fort Worth
