Kirk has been my "sprinkler guy" for many years. He's always punctual, professional, helpful and friendly. So when I noticed that the system was sputtering in 100+ degree August weather when 2-day watering restrictions were making watering vital, I called Kirk on a Thursday afternoon. He scheduled for the following Monday and showed up as promised (even called to say he was on the way). Had it all done before I returned from the errand I was running.
