Alan provided excellent service and rid us of our mole problems. Great communication and a pleasure to work with.

The estimate was initially $470.89 but since he didn't spend much time on the job he only charged me $286.86. He was a nice guy. He was efficient, did what he said he was going to do and did a good job. I would hire him again in the future if necessary.

Alan explained the problem, checking for entrance and exits of critters. He got rid of the problem which took him returning several times to check on traps and remove any visitors. Once there were no signs of critters, he plugged all holes. We have not had any more visitors in the attic. He also sprayed around the house and yard for mosquitoes, etc. I would highly recommend Integrity Pest Control......the name well suits the company, a family owned business.

Alan is very experienced. After conducting his inspection, he explained his findings very thoroughly. He made his recommendation and explained next steps if the initial solution did not provide the expected results. He also explain the prices associated with the initial solution and next steps if those were needed. He was very thorough, great follow up, and explained what was going on at every step in the process. He identified where a squirrel was entering the attic from the roof and fixed that area so no other animals could enter. He followed up a few days later to make sure there were no signs of anything in my attic. There have been no signs. I would highly recommend Integrity Pest Control.

This company was recommended to me by a friend in this business. (It's a little tricky because there are two Integrity Pest companies - they are not related.)
Alan Schumacher, the owner, was prompt, knowledgeable and most importantly took care of the problem. I am now a regular customer. They are bases in North Richland Hills and I live in north Dallas but they can cover the metroplex. A plus!

What an excellent company to work with.  Moles were devastating my yard.  Daily I would see more and more damage everywhere.  So, I started to price mole trapping.  Some charge by the mole caught, others by a term of service, and others offer year-round inspection and trapping.  I went with Integrity's 8 week program.  I know more moles will come back but for now they are gone.  I narrowed my selection down to two companies.  Integrity was $365 flat.  The other was $199 to set the traps and then $100 for each mole they caught.  When I called that company they said I would only have 2-3 moles on my size lot because they are very territorial animals.  Well, Integrity caught 13 moles on my property over the last 8 weeks.  I am very glad I went with them.  So, the do an excellent job finding the moles - they caught 1-2 each week at the various traps they set.  Stephen is the employee that did our yard, and he is their "Mole Guy".  He is the nicest young man we've met in a long time.  My two daughters, 7 and 5, would follow him around the yard asking questions about moles.  He educated and entertained them with his knowledge of the animals.  I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

We had come home from a vacation and bees had over taken a tree in our back yard. We have a 2 year old son who was unable to play in the yard. We call out Integrity Pest Control and true to their name Integrity got rid of the bees and even removed several newly formed Wasp nests. We are very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship performed. Integrity is a great name for this company.

Alan and his guys treated the entire house for termites. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are knowledgable, thorough, reasonably priced and really nice people. We just moved to Texas from Chicago and found termites shortly after moving in during a bathroom renovation. I am quickly learning about all the different critter trouble home owners can have in Texas and will only use Integrity. Great people, great company.

I was very pleased with the service, originally Alan guaranteed that he would rid me of the moles that were wrecking my yard and flower beds, he proceeded to do just that. It was forecast to take about 3 weeks to complete the job, in fact it took more like 6-8 weeks, Allen kept returning week after week, always leaving me a written report as to how many moles he had caught and the location as well. I know it was a difficult job, I had a lot of moles for him to catch, I think he got them all, we will see next spring. I also purchased some traps from him for future use, should I need them and we have been trying to get together so he can teach me how to work them, He is a very kind and trusting man, he dropped off the traps for me while I was not home and I have yet to get together with him to pay him. He is very professional and really knows his business, I would recommend him with no hesitation whatsoever, so refreshing to find this man who keeps his promise, even when it exceeds the amount of time and energy that he thought it would take to complete the task. Alan rid my house of every bug problem that I I've had throughout the years.I've tried others but I was never
satisfied. When I had a line of ants a few years ago a competitor told me he couldn't be out for a week. He then told me not to do anything, just let them go at will until he came out. Alan was out that very day and they were gone!

Alan has been doing pest control for me for 8-10 years now. I have always called him back because he is honest, helpful, professional and truly cares about the well-being of his clients. His prices can't be beat- at least not for a professional job done by a professional provider. Highly recommend. He serves my family as well- so I already have recommended him!

Excellent service...
The talo tree in front of my home was suddenly infested with box elder beetles which were in a cyclical rebirth due to the drought. They began mating and invading the entire yard. The roof and exterior walls were covered and new beetles were hatching by the hour and flying off to mate. I was in a terrible panic. I sprayed everything I had and went to Lowes to buy more.
Nothing was killing these bugs. I called Integrity Pest Service and he knew exactly what kind of bugs they were. I had to cut the tree down and the bugs were still reproducing faster than I have ever seen other than the locusts, cricket, and grasshopper infestations during droughts. Alan came quickly and his spray eliminated the problem. God bless him.

On time. Conciencious of his work. Termites have not returned since the work was done. Very pleased with work.

Alan was polite, punctual, and thorough. He is very good at his job and is very good at explaining what he's doing. Most importantly, he is a super nice guy, which is a crucial thing for contractors who are working in our home. We will definitely be calling him again!

He did a really great job and trapped the squirrels. He built some things around the area where they were getting in. It was good, but a little expensive.

Alan, the owner, provided the service. He arrived at the appointment timely and was courteous. The bees were located in the 2nd floor attic/soffit. Alan immediately took care of the problem and returned one week later to remove the honey comb. Alan also noticed the A/C duct was constricted by a piece of wood and fixed this problem for us as well. We are very pleased with Integrity Pest Control and will use them again if needed.

Great. Allan was honest, up-front, and experienced. He obviously knows a lot about pest control, but also about homes in general. We're a younger couple, so he pointed out some other observations he had while looking in the recesses of our attic, etc., so we could be sure the home inspector and foundation inspector checked them over before we bought.
