It was very good. They arrived on time and were professional during the installation. We are satisfied with the carpet for the most part, though we did have a few minor issues with our baseboards. They have offered to remedy the issue, but we have not yet gotten around to it.

I purchased a garage door through Homedepot.com and paid for it fully then and there. It took a few days and at one point I had to call someone myself in order to get some answers but finally someone came out to 'measure' and show us a sample of what I ordered. The measurements they took were the exact same as the ones I gave online. We were told 10 days but it took 3 weeks and then were later told that they would never have promised 10 days in the first place for this type of door (10 days is only if they had it in stock) so in my opinion, the guy spoke too soon and before really thinking/looking at our order - which is fine, mistakes and speaking before thinking happen all the time...I also knew I wasn't going to hold them to the 10 days anyway as I thought it was rather quick. Regardless, the 16x7 garage door was installed perfectly and we love it, it did take 5-6 hours to install it because there was only one man who came out by himself to install it without help. I felt bad for him. The door is running perfectly, smoothly, and they added an extra rubber insulation 'bumpers' along all the sides whereas there were none before, so that was a nice touch.

COMPANY ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED JOB VERY WELL. HAULED OFF MY OLD CARPET AT NO EXPENSE. VACUUMED CARPET BEFORE THEY LEFT AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP. MOVED HEAVY FURNITURE AND REPLACED.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH HOME DEPOT.

SALES STAFF WAS SPARSE, INSTALLATION COMPANY WAS INACCURATE WITH SIZING, AND INSTALLATION CREW WAS UNABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH AND WERE SO-SO ON CLEAN-UP.

I BOUGHT MY FLOORING TO BE INSTALLED IN MY HOME AT HOME DEPOT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE LOCATED MATCHING TILE AT ANOTHER STORE. HE ALSO HAD IT DELIVERED SO I COULD HAVE MY PROJECT COMPLETED.

THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE WITH AN INTEREST FREE PERIOD. THE WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND NON-INTRUSIVE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND FINISHED IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT.

INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT. OUR NEW CARPET IS GREAT.

THEY WERE VERY NICE AND RELIABLE. THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE DOOR WAS FAIR.
