Fresh Coat Painting of Fort Worth

Paul came out and gave me a bid in December. We planned the work for January and his team was out and got the repairs done and the house painted in just a few days. I had trim that was rotten and they replaced and repaired as needed.

Other than delays in getting started due to weather (can't paint in the rain) the job went well.  The work took a day and a half longer than anticipated, as we found more needed repairs the prep work uncovered. However, Paul did the job for the bid price and we could not be more pleased.  His crew stayed busy, did a good job and were more than willing to go back over a couple of areas that I asked them to do a little differently.  They cleaned up at the end of each day and left on the last day with our house looking like the day we moved in ( new house we had built).  Paul communicated well with us and followed up as needed. We could not be more pleased.

He painted the entire home, walls, trim, ceilings, everything. He was so professional and it went great. They were very punctual and worked on their own, and the workers were just so nice. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

We had waited for years for our foundation to stabilize before repairing the interior cosmetics. When the time came to do the work, Paul Timmons and his crew came highly recommended in my community. Paul came to the house at my convenience and estimated the time and scope of work. He said he would call and give me a schedule date when he got back to the office. I know how busy they were so I was presently surprised when he was able to get us in so quickly.
The day of the job, Paul called to advise what time they would be there and sure enough they showed up right on time.
The quality of work was amazing but I was most surprised by the clean up. Removing popcorn ceilings is a mess but when they were finished the rooms were as clean as they were prior to starting the work. They even vacuumed.
Paul then followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend this company. I could not be more pleased.

I contracted with Fresh Coat to stain the wood fence in my backyard. I went with Fresh Coat because they had a reasonable price and seemed very professional and nice. However, I wish I would have gone with one of the higher bids. After scheduling conflicts, I was finally able to get someone out to work on the fence. At first glance, and from a distance, the fence looked ok. However, as soon as I got closer though, I noticed problems. First, they did not remove or tape over any of the hardware on the fence. Instead, they simply sprayed the stain over all the metal hardware pieces. So now, all of the black metal hinges, catches and levers are covered in sticky stain. Next, I noticed that they did not open any of the gates or spray around anything sticking out. So when you open a gate, the inside post is a totally different color and the wood behind handles is still white! Additionally, the crew left trash and equipment around my yard.
I contacted Fresh Coat about these problems, and to their credit, they eventually sent someone out to and quot;touch upand quot; the fence. Unfortunately, the touch up made things worse! They splashed stain on the fence in several places, so now there are spots on portions of the fence. Where they touched up places looks like they just sprayed the area until it was soaked and then left. Now there are numerous areas where there are run marks and you can see drips running down the fence and it looks very sloppy. When I contacted Fresh Coat again, I was informed that my expectations were too high! I do lots of wood working, and I understand that wood is a natural product, and as such, there are going to be inconsistencies. However, I have no patience or understanding for sloppy work!
If you have a project where you just need paint or stain thrown up, and you are not real concerned with appearance, then Fresh Coat can provide you with a cost efficient solution. However, if you really want something that looks nice, go with someone else.
