Firefighter Roofing is a family owned and operated business. Owner Philip Perdue has been a firefighter in the DFW area for the last 13 years, and he started the business on the concept of wanting to provide a service to people doing things the right way. Firefighter Roofing is a business that people can trust, our clients are friends and we pride ourselves on the concept of trust and honesty . We are a part of the community and we treat everyone with the highest level of respect, honesty and appreciation. We believe that running a business isn't all about the money, but the connection we have with our customers and a job well done.

Went very well, I have found my roofer for life. Bryan reattached a missing shingle (I had it) and inspected the roof. Very honorable service, didn't try to up-sell a new roof nor their maintenance package as roof was installed 5 years ago. Highly recommend this company.

The people at Firefighter Roofing are the best. Friendly and professional. I had a small repair request for replacing an asphalt shingle. No pressure to get a whole new roof. Special thanks to Bryan Bohanon. Bryan got out there and even found a couple more shingles needing replacement. Way beyond reasonable, I would be glad to use them again in the future. Jeremy Edgar was great. We had issues with our insurance company and roof/damage claim from the very start. The insurance company sent out a non-certified roof inspector who claimed we didn't have much damage and didn't need a new roof. Jeremy had provided information and knew we needed a new roof - our house was for sale and it did not pass inspection. He advised to ask for a certified roof inspector. The Insurance company sent one out and sure enough, that inspector said we did need a new roof, gutters, etc. Jeremy worked with our insurance company and provided documentation which ensured everything that needed work was going to be covered in the claim. He was there every step of the way to make sure the work was completed on time and we were able to close on the sale of house on schedule. That wouldn't have happened without Jeremy pushing things through every step of the way. He went above and beyond in my opinion and we were very grateful for his hard work and dedication to the job. I will be recommending Fire Fighter Roofing to all of my friends.

The appointment for the roof inspection was within less than 48 hours and he showed up early. He confirmed that there was no damage, showed me a photo of the area, and gave me an estimate of the remaining life of the roof. No charge - and I'll definitely call them when the roof needs repair or replacement.

Jeremy Edgar and Firefighter Roofing have been phenomenal from start to finish. We initially had some shingles blown off in a bad storm. We got Jeremy’s contact information from a friend and neighbor and called him. He came out the same day and replaced the missing shingles. A month or two later, we had another bad hail storm with strong winds which resulted in a leak. After filing an insurance claim, Jeremy came out to meet the insurance adjuster and walked the property and the roof with him and pointed out all the damage. The insurance company approved the claim. Any time the adjuster needed any additional information, Jeremy handled all the communication and took care of everything. He maintained constant communication during that back and forth time before the installation. On the day of the installation, the crew came out, not only on time, but early and immediately got started. They were completely done by the morning of the next day. They noticed we had kids and spent extra time during clean up to make sure they picked up as many nails and other debris as possible. We had a few nail pops inside the house and the forklift that delivered the roofing materials gouged our driveway a bit. However, Jeremy had repair crews come out and they took care of everything. They certainly did everything right, the first time. An amazing company, with outstanding values and business practices. We highly recommend Jeremy and Firefighter Roofing!

As a single woman, I am always leery of contractors—afraid I’ll be taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge about the scope and cost of repair work. Never have I felt more comfortable with a business! From the moment Jeremy Edgar phoned me about my small roof repair, I felt valued and respected. He set up a time early the following week, but when another appointment canceled, he came over the same day! Once he inspected the roof, he explained the repair process, and had a very competitive quote sent the following day. Jeremy was so knowledgeable and courteous—a dream to work with. He arrived on time, repaired the roof in less than the time estimated, and kept me in the loop by sending pictures of the job as it progressed. He even refused to take payment until I had seen the work myself and was satisfied! I HIGHLY recommend this Firefighter Roofing. I will call them again when my roof needs replacing!

I do almost all work myself because I am very picky and want things done to a high degree of quality. However, I won’t climb a roof anymore so I had to find someone. After talking to several contractors I finally found Firefighter. You CANNOT find a better company to work with. Jeramie was absolutely exquisite. Perfect score all the way around. Excellent. The outside was well protected the pool was covered. And there was a supervisor on site to make sure everything was done perfectly at the end a magnet was drawn all around the yard to make sure there were no nails. The job on a 5,000 sq ft house was done in one day.

These guys are great. They did a complete reproof on a property I have. Very responsive, communicate great, very upfront, and honest, which is very difficult to find these days.
