THEY SEEM TO BE A GOOD COMPANY. I'VE BEEN A LITTLE SURPRISED ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY COST. I DON'T HAVE MUCH TO COMPARE THEM WITH, BUT OVERALL I THINK THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY'RE CONSISTENT. THE TECHNICIAN DID TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY HE NEEDED TO DO WHAT HE DID, AND I APPRECIATED THAT. HE EXPLAINED ABOUT THE CHEMICALS IN THE WATER. THEY ALSO DO AN EXCELLENT JOB OF REPAIRING THE SPA, BECAUSE IT HAD BROKEN ONCE, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE SAME WEEK THAT I CALLED AND FIXED IT.
