We loved working with Mark! He was extremely thorough, and walked me through every line of the inspection. He noticed every single thing, and even predicted that our garage door would fail soon, due to builder error. A week later, he was correct. He even took his time to mark the studs in the master and living room, for TV mounting. 10000/10 recommended using his services.

We wanted to get our new construction home inspected prior to closing due to previous water damage issue we dealt with. Mark came highly recommended in our local neighborhood FB page and we are so pleased we hired Mark to do the job. He found roof issues, missing insulation and drain problems that needed urgent corrections. It would have caused us more disruption and headache in the future. He is very thorough, do what is right and don’t rush through things. Really appreciate his flexibility, professionalism and passion helping home owners save time and money in the future.
