Common Sense Termite and Pest Control

As I said before, I have been using Common Sense for years now.  I am on a quarterly plan so Ken comes once a quarter and keeps my house, front and back yard free from critters and pests.

I called him yesterday because I saw some ants in the kitchen.  In less than 24 hours he was there.  He let himself in and took care of the problem with safe biodegradable products.

Not once has Ken been late to the appointment.  Every time he has been here on time and he has taken care of business.

The experience as usual was fantastic.  He will be forever my "pest control guy".

We have pets and his products are safe and clean.  Ken and his crew are very professional, good Christians, and comfortable to have in our home.  We appreciate his care.

I had to call someone to remove some critters that had done some damage to my kitchen plumbing, thus flooding my kitchen. Not only did Ken come out THE SAME DAY that I called, he was courteous, efficient and friendly. Ken is very thorough and detailed oriented. He checked each and every place the critter could have come in and out. I plan on asking him to become my quarterly pest control man. Overall, he made this ordeal less stressful for me and his pleasant demeanor and his confidence that he could get the situation resolved put me at rest. Very, very, VERY positive experience.

We have been lucky enough to have Ken and his team treat our home for the last five years and are very pleased that our house is now pest free. We have large post oaks on our property and always had a heavy roach presence outside and he has completely eliminated that problem with extra treatments around the patios. What we like best is that his materials are safe for our pets. I would highly recommend Ken's team. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the habits of all the different species we have encountered since buying our home, including mice and the beetles in the woodpile that drive our dogs nuts. It's very comfortable having Ken or his team members in our home.
