I called Kent with a last minute request for this job. I had not used him, but was trying to find someone who could come to my home the next day. Kent worked very hard to squeeze this job into his schedule and I was thrilled when he called back and said he could do the job. Kent's assistant, Sonya, showed up on time and got right to work. She was fantastic -- very energetic, very meticulous and very personable. She definitely took pride in the work she was doing. When Kent arrived, he was very professional and very courteous. Both of them did a fantastic job and I will definitely use them again!
