City Wide Landscape Management

It was over 95 degrees and the technician, Eric, worked his tail off to get our sprinkler system up and running. He had to dig 2 holes to get to certain parts that were not working and an entire morning and some of the afternoon later he went around to all of our sprinkler heads and changed out the bad ones. Would definitely use this company again.

First let me say, City Wide is fantastic. Matt is always very helpful and responsive, my husband and I always say good service is hard to find- that is not the case at City Wide. I believe Eric is their sprinkler man and he is equally terrific. He began by running our 15 zone sprinkler system, then marking areas with issues. Our yard is slightly less than 1 acre and with hot Texas summers proper coverage is critical, especially with the current water restrictions. He advised us of his recommendations and once agreed upon he began his work. He was literally at our house for several hours, working the entire time. Now let me tell you, we have performed sprinkler "tune ups" every spring since we moved in, 8 years ago and now have ever been as thorough as this one. Even though, the bill was $500+, my husband and I felt like we finally got our monies worth. Eric helped to ensure all areas were covered, changed out sprinklers that were in effective due to  landscape maturity, etc. I would highly recommend City Wide to my friends and family. And we will definitely use them going forward.

After analyzing the problem company called me with information on repair and price. My only complaint is that I never received a call back after beimg prompted to pick a few dates when sending request for services on Angieslist and had to call a couple of times before I received a callback

Our service technician was very thorough in his inspection of our system.  He found and thoroughly explained to me his findings.  He even showed me the broken heads and explained the replacement process.  Only costs in addition to the Angie's list coupon were $12 for materials to fix the broken heads.  We are pleased with the service we received.  When spring time gets here we will know better if all the leaks and problems were found and resolved.
We will definitely use this company again.

Documented current status of sprinkler system, offered possible improvements for better coverage, provided cost estimate for necessary repairs and possible improvements. After review, project started and finished on time and on budget. The installer was very professional and did exactly what was promised.

The provider charged a fair price for repairing my sprinkler system.

They were on time and did exactly what they said they would. Their price was reasonable.

I received excellent service as they were able to schedule me the next day after calling for an appt. He arrived on time, inquired if I was having problems and clarified the pricing. During the inspection he noticed problems with the placement of two heads in the yard and how he could make the system more productive. I approved the additional work and he was finished a short time later. I am very happy with the work, the price, and the professionalism of the employees and would definitely recommend them!

Representative surveyed residence where work was to be performed.  Plan was made for a 5-zone system.  Plan was approved by the city and required permits were obtained.  Work was started on 5/23/2013 and completed on 5/24/2013.  Various types of sprinkler heads, spray patterns, and outputs were used and the sprinkler heads were positioned to adequately water the lawn while minimizing water waste.  All irrigation pipe trenches were adequately filled to allow the lawn to reestablish itself.  The clean up was excellent.

It went pretty well.. But issue came into picture when I requested to fix all the pending issues related to quality etc. including warranty...I tried to contact them couple of times but as of now no luck yet...

Very quick response for estimate, coming out to do work too. Have used them two other prior times as well (before I was on Angie's list) - for broken sprinkler head repairs and installation of a rain/freeze sensor.

I was able to leave for work and come home to a "new" yard, with everything all cleaned up and done exactly as Matt and I discussed.

I knew I had a leak from a broken sprinkler line, but once again City Wide's exceptional service discovered several other issues with functionality in other zones, as well as helped me re-zone a few sprinkers and cap off others so that the system now compliments how we use our back yard areas.  A happy repeat customer!

In one work - GREAT!  After visiting City Wide's website via a print ad, I filled out the contact form and was incredibly pleased that Matt responded within an hour.  My sprinkler system stopped working after an electrical short, due to lighting strike.  Matt was straightforward in communicating pricing and expectations.  Eric arrived on time and got straight to work.  He was pleasant and communicative about how the system worked, what troubleshooting steps he was taking, what would be less invasive/expensive to test first, and so forth.  After finding multiple issues over several hours and restoring functionality to my system, I was grateful for Eric's patience, perserverence, and thoughtfulness.
