They charge an all-inclusive rate either by week or by month. This includes service visits and chemicals. They always call/texts if you need a part replaced and they are pretty competitive with parts which makes them a one-stop shop. I travel a lot so they set my mind at ease. They will also provide winterizing services for the filter when needed.
