I was very pleased.  Shane and Pat were prompt, efficient provided a very good service.  Yes, I will use them again.

The first time I used this company about 6 to 8 months ago (when the owner himself came, I think), my experience was an A. They got all the small spots out and everything looked great. This time, two techs came in and tried to sell enzyme and scrubbing. Since it had only been a few months since my last cleaning and my carpet was <2 years old, I told them I didn't think that was necessary. They basically said that many stains don't come out without the extra service. Anyway, they rushed through, and sure enough, not a single spot I had noticed before was out. If there were two problem areas in a room and that's why I wanted that room cleaned, those weren't done. These were regular, everyday spots  that should've come out. Basically, I felt I wasted my money. I called the office back, and the techs returned within 30 minutes or an hour and spot-cleaned a few spots--and then proceeded to tell me that since we live in a nice house they don't understand why we don't just take "good care of our carpet," i.e., get the full enzyme and scrubbing. They implied that the "basic" service I got,, the Groupon rate, wasn't full service and I couldn't expect much from it. They quoted prices from other companies. They indicated they have to keep moving and don't have time to treat every spot. They were very unprofessional and borderline rude. Clearly, they pegged me as a not-important customer and a problem in their side. When they left both times, they didn't even say goodbye. I saw a similar review from another person, and I imagine we had the same techs with the same attitude! I understand that the Groupon rates are low, but both times I had this company out, I also had other services done. If the price is too low for them to pay their people, then they shouldn't offer the deal.

The service Tech's showed up and immediately began trying to sell me additional products and services. I was told without the purchase of these additional products such as enzyme solution they wouldn't be able to actually clean our carpets. When I declined to purchase the tech. became obviously irritated. The proceeded to "clean" the area's and true to their word the carpets were not cleaned. We were having another service completed while the carpet tech's were here and that gentleman told me after the carpet tech's left that it was clear they were upset and that outside they'd made comments about how customers don't know how much money they lose when they offer deals and that to actually make any money they have to sell additional services. Sitting here watching the two tech's 1 had the acual cleaner and put very little effort into cleaning the carpets just went over each area once like he was doing a light vacuum while the other guy came behind him with a rake type tool. It didn't take them very long at all. I would not recommend this company at all. The tech's I met were awful and the job they did was not worth the money I paid (which according to the tech wasn't enough anyway).

Showed up on time. Carpet cleaning was well done. Major spots were removed. Got a 10% discount since booked through Angie's List.

I've known him for a long time and he is very good. The price is also reasonable. He is dependable. He does water remediation and offers services other than carpet cleaning. If you have an emergency he'll come out almost 24 a hours a day.
