Good to work with.  helped pick out tile and grout.  colors worked well.  Quality was not as good as I would have liked, but it wasn't bad.  wasn't impressed with the room transitions and the grouting could have been more consistent.  to qualify my opinion, I am usually there to oversee to make sure its done the way I want, this time I was not there.  I would still use them again, but I would have more oversight next time.

They added $430 to the price of my contract due to installation and moving furniture. They also rubbed me the wrong way by taxing the whole "package" including labor. They seemed to be a reasonable efficient operation, but it seemed like when the salesman called it took about 30-45 minutes to even get a price on the carpet I wanted. It took a while to come up with an answer. Once I got the figure and the total cost I should have gotten a couple more estimates, which would have been the appropriate thing to do. But I signed a contract and I think I'm paying too much. Plus the warehouse looked like a disaster area. Price is the deposit, which is 50% of the total bill. I feel I made a mistake closing the deal with this company before having visited a few other carpet stores. During the installation, they broke my washer that they moved and I had to pay someone else to fix it after they were unable to. It was a bad experience, very unprofessional.

CONTACTED MR. THOMAS. HE CAME OUT MEASURED THE TWO ROOMS AND GAVE US A REASONABLE QUOTE. HE REMOVED OUR OLD CARPET AND DISPOSED OF IT AND INSTALLED NEW CARPET IN BOTH ROOMS. HE WAS FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND DID US A GOOD JOB.

RYAN, THE CARPET INSTALLER WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND REASONABLY PRICED. WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CARPET STRIP HE CAME AND FIXED IT.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT ON STARTING THE JOB AND FINISHING IN A TIMELY MATTER. ANY AND ALL CALLS WERE RETURNED QUICKLY AND PROBLEMS SOLVED PROMPTLY.

IT WAS A GREAT PRICE AND WE LOVE THE CARPET AND WOOD. INSTALLERS ARE CONTRACTED, LITTLE MIX-UP.

SALES PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY.

THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. THEN THE MANAGER CAME OVER AND HELPED US EVEN MORE. THEY GAVE US GREAT CARPET AND A GREAT PRICE, I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
