I have used Buzz Kill in the past a few years ago on a quarterly basis. I called them out again because I was having trouble with "water bugs" (large cockroaches) and have a rodent in the attic. The technician went into the attic, checked around the house and baited the existing bait box that I had from their previous service. He also spraying inside and outside the house and into the yard perimeter. So far so good (been about 2 weeks). I am seeing lots of dead roaches outside and a few inside and haven't heard the rodent lately. I signed up for the quarterly service again.

The rats were Wiley, but they kept coming back out until the job was done. Appreciate all the hard work.

It went great! I explained to the technician what problems we were having and where. He sprayed inside our house and outside in our yard. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Buzz Kill to friends and family!

I contacted Buzz Kill because we were having a significant problems with ants around the exterior of the house and some of them were getting in the house. The person I spoke with said they could spray inside and outside the house which would take care of the ants as well as a variety of other common insects.

The technician arrived when scheduled and he explained the type of treatment he would apply. Since we were having problems with ants coming in the house near some windows, he applied ant bait in those areas. He said that should eliminate the problem and that the service has a 60 days guarantee.

It's been a few weeks since the treatment and we haven't had anymore problems with ants, spiders etc. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this company!

Other companies wanted as much as $250 for baiting the traps. Buzz Kill did it for $20 plus the service call. When they treated for fleas last year, I was happy with them, as well. In both cases, they were prompt, courteous, didn't overcharge, and they didn't try to sell me on contracts or services I didn't need.

Scott came out and provided an estimate to install mosquito mister around perimeter of our backyard. He explained the product they used and how the system works. We just recently moved to Texas and my brother uses Buzz Kill and recommended them because of the excellent service they provided him. I couldn't go out in the yard for a few minutes without being bitten multiple times. I thought I would have to bathe in mosquito repellent all season long. Since the install I can now enjoy being out in the yard and pool without the fear of those little nasty creatures. We automatically spray three times a day and if we are having company over we give the yard an extra shot. There are still a few mosquitoes but we are so pleased with the results that we are having misters added to the front of our home next week.

They are excellent and very good. I would recommend them to anybody and their prices were reasonable.  They are very responsive.

Set up for the appointment and the call for service were prompt and without hassle. No issues whatsoever. The Tech showed up, evaluated the situation, and made a fast, reasonable, and thoroughly explained, recommendation.

Would gladly have back out if, God forbid, they are needed.

Like everyone else in the Metroplex, we were being eaten alive by mosquitoes whenever we'd try to do anything outside.  I couldn't work in my garden, swim, or grill outside without dousing myself with Off.  An acquaintance told me he had a friend who installed mosquito misters.  I had done some research in the past and was interested in getting an estimate.  Scott came out, gave us an estimate, and it was almost a year later when we decided to have it installed because we were busy having renovations done to our house.  Scott honored the estimate from months previously, and he and his partner came out and installed the mister.  They were meticulous and efficient and extremely nice gentlemen.
My husband and I couldn't be happier with the work, the service, and the results!  I have always been a mosquito magnet and would come in with five to seven bites after being outside for only a short period of time without spraying Off all over me.  Now our backyard is 99% mosquito-free!  No more messy, sticky sprays.  I go out at dawn, dusk, and anytime in-between and not one bite yet.  I know this sounds like an ad for mosquito misters, but I'm proof it works.  My husband's co-worker had one installed by Scott in his backyard and a short time later he made the comment that he was going home to his "mosquito-free yard."
Scott and his team take care of refiling the tank and maintenance of the nozzles.  I can't believe we didn't have it installed sooner; and it was worth every penny, especially with the threat of West Nile Virus.

They did a tremendous job and were very thorough. The work was better than I anticipated and the results are better than I expected. I had priced this project out with other vendors and this company came in about $1,000 less than some of the other providers, even though they all used the same equipment. I liked their professionalism and what they did so much that I also went ahead and hired them to replace my current exterminators. So they are taking care not only of my mosquito system, but also my indoor and outdoor pest control.

The two young men were very friendly and did an excellent job explaining about the ants and what they were going to do to get rid of them.  I also signed a yearly contract to have them come back on a quarterly basis to spray inside and outside my home.

.Technician explained products, we chose green since he said it was as effective.  When I made the appointment, I also mentioned wasps, hornets, mud daubers. He did not look for those until the end when I told him we had expressed this problem to the scheduler.  He then addressed only those nest areas I pointed out to him.  Since he offered to apply the Angie's List 15% discount to an annual contract, we signed up.  During the next week we continued to remove millipedes by hand, although somewhat fewer than before. At the end of a week we called to complain, and a different technician was promptly sent out.  He applied indoors a heavy-duty spray on 05/28.  Since that time we have removed only a half-dozen a week of the millipede-type things. This company was far less thorough than our previous company, which no longer does business this far North

They arrived on time and were responsive to our needs.  They were easy to get in touch with and set our appointment right away.  We have put them on a quarterly contract.  There prices are about 10-15% below what a large metro company was charging us.

I have a 3400 square foot home with termites. I discovered them in the baseboards of an interior wall. Buzz Kill came out and gave me a free estimate. I also got a quote from another company (for $100 less) and chose Buzz Kill. The technician was polite, professional, and much more knowledgeable than my second quote. The treatment came with a one year warranty. I scheduled treatment for three weeks after the quote. They were on time and completed all work in about 2 and a half hours. I would definitely use them again.

We had a mouse issue in the garage.  we called.  they came out quiickly.  they surveyed the garage, attic and outside.  Left four baits and sprayed for insects outiside.  We declined the inside spray as we were not prepared.  They gave us an Angies list discounts for the year.  We have not called them out since.  They are ccalling now to set up the November treatment.  We have not seen any mice in the house. They are still outside.  We will discuss when they are here in a couple of weeks.  I trust they will be able to help.

They do great work for us. They are punctual and on time. They do special treatments when necessary. I would recommend them.

They were very friendly and they did what they were supposed to be doing.  They gave me an estimate and I was happy with it.  I agreed with it and then the work was done.  They kept me informed; they called me and everything.  They did very well.  Their price was fair for the job that they did.  It was neither overpriced nor low.  Their quality was very good.  They responded pretty well within the next few days because they were pretty well busy.  They were here when they were supposed to.  They were very professional.

I have used Buzz Kill for the past year.  Doyle is always on time, very professional, works quickly, responds/returns promptly to spot treat (whenever I need them in between treatments).  Their rates are very reasonable.  They've let me do payment plans when I needed it.  He definitely knows a lot about bugs.  Trust me I know because I've asked every crazy questions about bugs (which I loath).  I would definitely continue to use and recommend this company.
