Borden Pools

From the start things went great. Quote was received very quickly. Design was provided within a few days. The building process went smooth and communication with Jamey Borden and his team was excellent. They continue also to do the maintenance on my pool and it is always in tip top shape. I can highly recommend Borden pools as one of the best pool builders in Texas.

After interviewing several pool companies, we decided to go with Borden. Mostly just a feeling, but Jamie and his crew seemed to be the real deal. They exceeded our expectations. They were professional, concerned and totally competent. We could not have been more pleased with their work. We were having a wedding at our home and needed to expedite the construction to make the date. They completed the entire process in three weeks. I have heard horror stories about pool construction. Not with Borden. If you want you pool done on time and on budget, go with Borden.

Everything went well. The person arrived on time and immediately went to work. He was courteous and polite. He let me know when he was finished and asked if I had any questions.

Terrible communication from the service tech and their office to me. Put me in a bad position with my clients. I offered to pay the day of inspection done Thursday. Tech told me to call once I saw the report in my email and they would take my card over the phone. Waited all the next day tech called me late and said he would ask his boss where it was. Boss left me a VM telling me I needed to pay before report is sent. But by the time got that VM they were closed for the weekend. Clients were trying to make a decision on the house the work was done on over the weekend. If anybody had of told me it was pay before send on Thursday I would have driven by their office that day

I like the reviews I read. They were referred by a friend of my husband's friend. I highly recommend them.

They did not do the type of service I required.

This project was completed in several phases. There was one thing that needed to be corrected before the city would sign off on it and he just left here today with that completed. He was excellent.

Our pool pump wasn't working properly and we had a problem finding a repair company that could check it this week. We called Claffey Pools and while they were busy, they recommended Borden Pools. We called Borden's right away and by early afternoon they were here - as they said they would. Turns out we needed a new pump, however, Brittan the repairman, started it manually and suggested we wait until the next day to determine for sure that we needed a new one. He was professional, knowledgeable and so HONEST!!!! Turns out we did need a new pump - he came out fixed it and a couple of others things on the pool.We were thrilled with his work. his integrity and his price. He is now our 'go to' guy whenever we have pool needs. Highly recommend Brittan and his company.

Install was done on time, everything turned out beautiful, service was and still is immpecable, and the owner, Jamey Borden is as nice and honest as it gets. My husband worked with Jamey over the phone before we moved from Atlanta, and it was pleasant from beginning to end. We highly reccommend Borden Pools to all our neighbors and friends. Yes they are really THAT GOOD!!
