Description of Work: Sealed travertine, granite, and grout. Bob and his family are professional and responsive. They did a great job. Bob is always available to answer any questions.

 + -1 moreBob and his team were professional and efficient and the floors looked AWESOME. He definitely set my expectations with regards to what had to be done. When his team was through I was thrilled to have my floors back to a state of elegance and even got a complement from a neighborhood 8 year old who told me they "looked great".
Description of Work: I had Bob come in when another provider completely messed up my floors. The floors were a special stone that needed to be stripped and the 1st provider did not bring in the right tools to do the job. Bob came in, told me what needed to be done (it was painful but I could tell it was necessary) and he stripped floors, cleaned them completely, did a special treatment to make the grout lines look good again, then polished and resealed them.

 + -1 moreHe was very personable and seemed very knowledgeable. We had one problem when he filled the limestone, it was not the right color of grout, but he came back and gladly fixed it.
Description of Work: Bob Lohman Grout Cleaning filled some limestone holes and sealed our travertine. He also replaced some grout and did some caulking.
