Bed Bug Busters

They were hired to spray for bed bugs; I was promised that the heat process would be assured to kill all. They came late but completed the work was paid and left. Within 6weeks the bugs were back. I made several attempts to get big stompers back as they provided an 18 month warranty. They never answered the phone nor came back. I ended up calling another company which came did the job and fixed the problem charging much less. I was pressured to recontract due to having a 85 year old mother living with me. In attempting to contact I finally got a return call. He indicated and we both agreed on a refund of 350.00 of the 1250.00 paid out. He to date never reimbursed me nor was willing to honor his warrant. This man is cruel and crooked and and dishonest man. He service is horrible and he does not follow through. If you value your money and property do not hire him. There are reviews stating that he has judgements against him today. Please take time to read his review you will be astonished. I recommend that Angie List suspend him are at least hold him to some accountability by looking at these reviews. You are feeding this guy to the public
