Our prices are among the lowest in the DFW area. To be any lower, we'd have to use substandard parts or lower our quality of work. We're not willing to do that. Instead, we've reduced our operating expenses. We buy only clean, reliable, used service trucks, rely on word-of mouth referrals instead of expensive advertising. We don't buy the most expensive tools, don't have a big expensive storefront (because we come to your house), and you don't have to pay for us to have a secretary. That's how we're able to keep our prices low without sacraficing quality. When you call, you'll talk directly to the man who will be coming out to your house. Get to know him a little bit over the phone before inviting him into your home. Get your questions answered by a professional repairman without going through a secretary "filter." Once in a while, you may talk to my wife if I'm unable to get to the phone in time or occasionally, the answering machine. But we hope that any minor inconveniences are more than offset by the personal and professional service you'll get and by the money left in your pocket. Wouldn't you rather spend your money somewhere else besides buying us fancy new trucks?
