I was very happy with the end result and I was given advice on how to maintain the door to keep it properly working for years to come. I highly recommend for any garage door repair or replacement.

There was excellent communication in setting up the appointment date. They showed up as scheduled and did a an excellent job at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the results.

Went over the garage system so we would know the mechanics of how everything worked. It went great! Johnnie came out and explained how the system works and the safety and security of a dual spring system. He quickly R&R'd the spring and made sure that the garage door worked correctly.

I called Johnnie Holloway at 4:00 and even though he was finished worked for the day he came to my home within 20 minutes. He explained what caused the garage to come off hinge and fixed the bent tacks and roller mechanism. He explained everything very clearly and professionally. He seems to be very honest and take pride in getting the job done correctly. He suggest adding an additional brace to stabilize the door and the option made sense to me. He then tuned and tested the door. I will definitely call him again to maintain my garage door.

Great - Johnnie was right on time and diagnosed the issue. He gave me several options after describing in detail the workings of the entire system. I chose the least expensive, knowing that I may need future replacement of parts. He accepted and quickly and efficiently realigned the door and changed some of the parts. Garage door spring broke last night, so I called a couple companies this morning.  I had thoughts of doing it myself, but figured for the savings vs downtime and risk, it wasn't worth it.  Johnnie was great, explaining how everything worked and what to keep an eye on as well as routine maintenance.  Had me taken care of for a very good price.  Will definitely recommend American Eagle to anyone who needs garage door work.

He came out the next day (one time and called when he was on his way) and replaced the broken spring. He also tuned up our other door and reviewed several safety issues that may occur. Johnnie was very thorough, professional and I enjoyed his enthusiasm for his work. He also provided us with a veterans discount once he realized my husband had served.
