AllTech added some much needed guttering that my builder had not installed near the entrance to my home. The damage and frustration my builders created has been resolved by the work done by AllTech. Would definitely use them again!

All-Tech provided high quality replacement gutters and downspouts at a competitive price. Most importantly, the proprietor took special care to repair wall flashing leading to the gutters that was inadequate and leaking water into our siding. One such location had resulted in water damage that had caused a corner of our roof board to fail, which All-Tech shored up and replaced with flashing. They earned our appreciation and an unsolicited tip.

Jerry did a great job. He was very communicative, using text messages extensively, which I really appreciate. He was in constant communication as to when he would arrive, expected timelines and completion dates. He suggested having the exterior repainted while the gutters were off, recommending Southern Painting. Since we were hooking in the new gutters to the underground drainage system, he recommended MidCities Irrigation to come and make sure the drainage system was working as designed. They were excellent recommendations. Both companies did great work. Jerry (and crew) did a good job cleaning up the work site afterward, as well as following back up several days later after drainage work was completed to see if he need to come out and make any adjustments/touchups. Could not be happier. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have gutter work done.

We were having drainage issues in our backyard around the pool due in part to a poor gutter installation. Jerry gave me a good bid and discussed various options for our situation. He also gave me a contact for a painter and suggested I have the eaves of the house painted prior to having the new gutters installed (I specified I was planning to have paint done too). After painting I initially had a little difficultly getting in touch with All-Tech to schedule our gutter installation, however finally got that worked out and they were there as agreed and completed the install exactly as we discussed for price quoted.

The workers who came were very nice and did a great job. The color match was perfect with our paint. We called once after they were put up due to standing water in the gutters over our patio. Jerry came back and adjusted the gutters and now they are flowing fine. I would highly recommend Jerry's company and we would certainly use him again.

Took 2 tries to get Jerry to call me back. We were able to set up a time to meet. He was very nice and curious. Quoted me and said that since my job was a smaller one, he would probably group it together with another smaller job and that it would be about 10 business days before he would be able to schedule job out. I said fine since we were in no rush. 8 business days later i called and left a message. no reply. 3 business days after that, I texted and called. no reply...... would of gave them the job, but no have no faith in company with customer service this bad. if you did not want the 'smaller' job, just let me know. so much worse just to let customer hang out to dry....

We hired All-Tech to install gutters after two other Angie's list providers didn't even return calls. The initial estimate was very professional. We would say though that whatever is said during the estimate- make sure it's clearly indicated on the plans and written out. We had some goofs with what was planned and what was installed with regard to downspout placement. The team that installed didn't have the notes that were discussed during the estimate. We do have some damage to some landscaping that was not anticipated and had to pick up some extras that were missed during clean-up. We were also disappointed that we didn't hear back from the company after installation. It would have been nice to get a follow-up call to make sure we were happy with the installation. The gutters have been up for about two months and we are quite happy with the result- we haven't spotted any leakage and appreciated the help in downspout placement that worked best for our own installation of rain barrels in the spring.

Called and left a message about having a repair done to a small section damaged gutters. Got a call back from Jerry a few days later, but we had already contacted someone else to do the work. Called Jerry back for this repair as we liked the work he originally did. Jerry apologized for the time between the message I left and him getting back to me. Jerry stated he had been very busy with all the wet weather and been overloaded with calls. Jerry was polite on the phone and felt bad about being so covered up that he couldn't return calls as promptly. Would not hesitate to use Jerry in the future.

in addition he said he had a friend who could replace all the siding on which the gutters rested with hardy plank or something like that and gave me his friends number. I called and the friend said he was busy and he?d have someone else call me and no one ever did. As I questioned the cost of this operation , I did get other bids and discovered that the siding did not have to be replaced and gutters are good for another 7 years or at least til the next hail storm. I think All Tech Gutters just want to do ?big? expensive jobs so if you want extensive work and re placement of gutters at a huge cost, they are the ones to call. If you want to have something repaired or leaf guard installed, look elsewhere.

"The gutter does not drain, It is installed on top of the drip edge and with spike and ferrel, because of this the Masonite fascia is damaged and in very poor shape all around the property. I told her I would not put a leaf guard and charge her money because the gutters frankly are installed wrong and not working to begin with. A cover over a non working gutter will not serve the overal purpose which is to have a "working gutter system". I did not leave her any estimate. However I have worked with a reputable siding company that I have worked with many years. The recommended process would be remove the gutters, fix or replace damaged fascia, paint, then install new gutter correct way. Quick gutter 101 " All gutter should drain completely free of water upon installation, the gutter should be installed under the drip edge so water cannot get between the gutter and fascia board, a hidden hanger of some integrity will also insure the gutter not to sag or come loose. The down spouts should be on average 30 feet apart and extended from foundation, we use down spouts that are 3x4 "12 square inches of opening" vs 2x3 "6 square inches of opening", if there are trees we recommend a cover and offer 9 types ranging from around 2 dollars per foot to 9 dollars per foot depending on the customers preference. Here in Tx we are not required to have a "gutter licence", but in states that require this, those states revoke licences when the company's install on top of the drip edge. " the drip edge is the metal strip running around the parameter of the roof" My duty to fellow home owners is to give the facts to homeowners and let them make an educated decsission. I worked moving houses and other large structures from Jr High through college with my father and I started my gutter company as soon as I graduated college. I am 38 and have extensive background in construction involving water, homes, and foundations. "My focus here is to run a successful business with integrity" My prices have not changed in 10 years, we are a mid range price, with an exceptional product. Our installations are the best guaranteed in writing."

I had to pick up tons of debris left by this company from the beds and driveway. like long nails, small metal pieces etc.

so far no issues.

Fabulous! Jerry was polite, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He came out to give an estimate and gave recommendations to maximize proper drainage. We appreciate that he gives discounts to our Veterans so we hired him.
His crew showed up on time, got right to work, they were also polite and cleaned up after themselves. It was dark by the time they were finished. Jerry called the next day and wanted to come out to do a final walk around to make sure that everything had been done properly, and to make adjustments as necessary. He had another appointment and kept us informed of his arrival time. He made a few modifications and made sure that we were pleased before requesting any payment. Great job and we would highly recommend him and his crew.

They we're awesome... All Tech Installations did the job when promised and it rained one of the largest amounts of rain we'd had in the area in a long time. The gutters worked as promised and I am extremely pleased. Jerry and his staff we're professional and nice to do business with. All-tech came out in March and provided a quote for me. I got side tracked and wasn't able to get back around to calling but when I did Jerry remembered me exactly and all the details of my house and honored the pricing from 2 months back. It was a great price for a great product! The work was well done and on time, and cleaned everything up well! We had half rounds put around the metal roof sections and standard gutters on the other parts of the house. He has even offered to come back out when my special order rain chains come in! Great Service! Great Product! Great Price! Use these guys!

Jerry came out, gave an estimate and was 75% more expensive than my other bids. I told him $1,100 more on a $1,500 job made no sense. He talked of how he uses better quality material, screws, hangers, etc, when he gets his materials from the same place as all the other contractors. I would've let all that be and avoided this bad review, but then he approached my chosen contractor while at the supply house they all buy from, and told them they need to raise their pricing so everyone makes more money. Not a fan of guys like this at all.

Jerry was very thoughtful and professional at every point. We got estimates from several gutter companies, and he was the only one of them who also showed us the drainage problems in our yard that had been causing major foundation problems for years. He also offered us a very competitive price for his gutters. At the estimate, he was able to explain clearly the reasons why he does things the way he does (width of gutters, size of downspouts, method of attachment, etc.) and why it's better than what other companies do. He came on time and finished faster than anticipated. The gutters look great and have now held up well under almost a year of rain and ice. We would recommend him enthusiastically to anyone.

put nice high quality big guttering with the leaf screen.
Precision hung the gutter so rain would run off two ways and also thought to provide a redundant down spout in a heavy area as extra backup. I am picky and was pleased.
