I have used them for years and they have moved customers of mine over 100x, issue is when they moved me the last time (this is the fourth time) they destroyed my washing machine. Contacted Randy the owner multiple times, came to my house to inspect it, tomb me he was either going to fix it or replace it, contacted him multiple times over an 9 month period, he kept telling me that it was being ordered and that it was back ordered, then he stopped responding. I have multiple text chain as proof and now nothing. Very disappointed and want to let you know that if you use them it is at your own risk

The move went very smoothly. The crew was very friendly, worked incredibly hard in the August heat and even made a few repairs and swapped out the dryer cord which was so helpful and unexpected. I highly recommended these movers!

The two men who moved the piano were prompt, friendly, personable, and efficient.  I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The hurricane/tropical storm was moving through on the morning the move was scheduled. The movers called to say they would be held up by traffic, due to flooding but they were there within a half hour of their scheduled time. They carefully wrapped my mother's furniture in blankets and loaded that truck in the midst of a storm! They were very helpful in arranging the truck so that some of the furniture could be dropped off at two other locations. They were pleasant and very professional. Even with the two extra drop-off stops they were done before noon! I was very pleased with the price and the service and will definitely call them again!

I chose All Star because they could send a 36 foot truck instead of the 26 foot the other companies had suggested. The team of three guys arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally to move us. They worked hard to pack the truck full but were careful with our furniture. I would recommend them and use them again.

Randy and his crew of 4 arrived exactly on time. Every worker was very polite and very careful with our belongings. We had some relatively new furniture and the crew would point out nicks and scratches to us prior to loading them so as to avoid us thinking they had made them. They noticed small things that we probably would not have even seen. All of the furniture that needed dissambling was done very quickly and competently.
Our move was large enough to require a 2nd truck. The 2nd truck arrived from a smaller move done earlier in the morning just as the 1st was filled. Two more guys began helping and the 1st truck went to the new address while 2nd was being loaded. The loading took three hours total. I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the load was.
The unload at the new address took three hours as well and included moving a piano up stairs which had a 90 degree turn halfway up. A tricky task they accomplished without problem. They placed everything exactly where we wanted it and they assembled everything that needed to be assembled.
The work ethic of everyone was outstanding the entire time and everyone was constantly moving with a purpose. I would certainly use All Star Movers again.

The two movers did a great job. They were careful with the piano and the bench and did not do any damage. The original cost of the move was $90.00 but I paid the two movers an extra $20 each for helping me move some other furniture around in the room...they did not ask for any money but I wanted to tip them for being so helpful. I have no complaints...only compliments. The price was reasonable and the communication and service excellent.

I called on Saturday and they were able to move the piano the very next day. They showed up on time (a little early), moved it promptly and were at my door by 9:AM. Very friendly and professional and did not damage the piano in any way.

The whole experience was terrible. Three guys showed up to do the move and none of them had any idea about the discussions I had with the office about the things that needed care. We had a brand new set of appliances that were quite expensive. The washer and dryer are front loaders and need to be handled carefully when being moved. They had no idea what I was talking about and I had to insist that they not jiggle or turn the machines which they should have known. They did not wrap the furniture well and dented the edge of one of our dressers. We had a king bed that required dismantling and they took nearly an hour trying to figure out how to do this until my husband took care of it. When we got to the house they put the bed together wrong and we had to re do it later. Only one of the guys had any idea about how to hook up the washer and dryer and he couldn't figure out how to hook up the fridge. We ended up doing that ourselves later. When they were bringing the fridge in they did not wrap it properly and two of the drawers fell out and broke. They also man-handled a Barca-lounger swivel rocker in, so that one side fell off the mechanism and we had to fix it later. We made our dissatisfaction known to Randy Blalock, the owner, and he compensated us for the replacement cost of the fridge drawers, but we will NOT be using this company again and I do not recommend them to anyone!

The two movers arrived on time and moved everything from both apartments to the new apartment with no issues. We would use them again

On October 2, one of the original movers delivered the dresser to my house. It was in the back of his personal vehicle. It was not covered with any protective blankets during transport. As the move was rolling the dresser up the driveway, the main drawer of the dresser fell out and landed on the cement. The surfaces of the two drawer knobs were sheared off. The edge of the drawer was also cracked. Upon further inspection, the repair made to the original damage was shoddy at best. During the initial unloading on September 5, 2007, the frame of the dresser was cracked and a knob on a different drawer had been damaged. It seems that All Star Movers simply tried to glue the frame back together and then painted over the damage with a shade of paint that did not even match the actual color of the dresser. No attempt was made to repair the damaged knob. I called Mr. Blalock on October 3, 2007, to make my credit card payment and discuss with him how unhappy I was with the condition of my dresser. I asked if he was willing to make any adjustment to my moving fee of $575.00. He stated that he could only discount the fee by $25.00. I relayed my experience with Mr. Blalock and All Star Movers to the Better Business Bureau to express my complete disappointment with the quality of service that was provided to me. The two men that moved my household items seemed completely incompetent and I relayed that information to Mr. Blalock during the actual move. Several of my belongings were damaged during the move. An attempt to repair my damaged dresser was unacceptable. The fact that the dresser was damaged a second time seems to attest to the quality of employees that Mr. Blalock chooses to hire. The fact that Mr. Blalock was not willing to offer anything other than a $25.00 concession to a consumer that complained multiple times about the service received and that used his service three times in three years is deplorable. The Better Business Bureau of Fort Worth made several attempts to contact Mr. Blalock and All-Star Movers regarding my complaint. All-Star Movers never responded to the BBB. On January 25, 2008, the BBB revoked the BBB accreditation for All-Star Movers. They now have an UNSATISFACTORY rating with the BBB.

Two guys showed up on time. They had ramps, hand trucks, dollies, and blankets. They worked steadily and carefully until it was done.

They Showed-up on time. Did not complain about box size, stairs etc. (I am used to that from most movers I have worked with) They Moved everything we asked them to move, arranged our furniture, re-assembled our Computer Table and TV Stand. The price they quoted was the price they charged.

The price was good and they did get everything there safely, but I was a little taken back by the time they took doing this. They took a great deal of time wrapping items that shouldn t have taken so long, and when they finally left to deliver my stuff to the new home, they stopped on the way to get something to drink, and took a long time finally arriving. Other than this they were very polite and considerate, so I would consider using them again if I needed to.

The experience was fine on all 3 occasions. There were no surprises and they work hard! One time it was 106 and they kept on moving even though the heat was staggering. They were always on time.

I've used several moving companies in the DFW area, and these guys are the best. They guarantee the price upfront. They get there on time and work hard and fast.
