He came out late on a weekend night and cleared our sewer line. I will definitely call him if I need a plumber again. Knowledgeable, helpful and affordable.

We phoned this company based on a recommendation from our real estate agent friend. They came promptly. From there, the experience turned sour. My wife mentioned several problems. The big problem was a leaky, non-functional spigot in one of the Master Bath sinks. The least urgent was a non-functional hand-held sprayer in our Master tub. The guy said he couldn?t fix the sink because we needed a new spigot. Over a period of two hours, he took two lengthy phonecalls in our bathroom and made a run to Home Depot for a plastic tube to fix the sprayer. He charged us $435 for a minor repair. I have phoned All About Plumbing at least half a dozen times since the service call. I left a message that we were unhappy. My wife emailed asking them not to cash the check until we talked. The office promised again and again that the owner would get back to me, but that it?s been really busy. My problem: The repair was minor and we?d never have spent $400+ on it if we'd been given an estimate. He said that part of the cost was travel time from their mid-cities location, which their website says they do not charge for. He made no effort to help us stop the leak, like for example, fixing the cutoff underneath the sink (surely he had the parts for this) But the biggest problem of all is total unresponsiveness from the company owner. The last thing I did was send an email with all of the above detailed, noting that I would post this review if I did not hear back. Not a word from All About Plumbing. Never again will we deal with these guys.
