When the pipe on our lifter snapped in to we realized that the lifter had not been installed properly. We contacted Aqua Bob's about the problem, providing measurements regarding how the pipe on the left and the pipe on the right were not the same. Bob has called twice yelling at us with profanity. It is one thing that the company will not even entertain the idea that there was a manufacturer or installation problem when the left pole is more than two inches longer than the right pole. It is entirely different for a company to call your home mutiple times and begin yelling profanity at you.
