I had rock chips repaired in three different cars in the last 2 years. I have called Michael for all the repairs. He has come to my work as well as my house to do the repair. He is very nice, honest, and professional. He told me how to check to see if the chip had already been repaired and also told me about a couple of small chips that did not need to be repaired at this time. Honesty means a lot! I had a chip in my windshield from a rock that hit it pretty good. I called Brilliant Repair (Mike) whom was very polite. He met me at my sons school while I waited for my son to finish some class work. Mike was punctual and did the repair exactly how he said he would. My windshield had been hit by something that had made a small crack smaller than a dime. I started calling around to try and find somebody who could fix this type of damage. We hired Mike after finding him on another website to move our hot tub to our new home. They showed up on time, with the right equipment and knew exactly what they were doing. I expected someone to show up with a flat trailer and they showed up with a spa trailer and special dollies. They even had air bags they blew up to lower the hot tub to the ground slowly without damaging it. These guys are affordable, professional and the best choice in Dallas to get your spa moved.

Their reused tubs are pretty good. I heard some bad things about their competition. We had a hard time getting it through the yard because our gate was not wide enough. We had to go through the fence. They were not functional because of that they ran out of daylight. They had this attitude of all this is more complicated than what they thought and so on. They wanted a little bit more money which did not have a big terrible part in this. It did not get through the gate and they had laid it on their folly incorrectly more the way I wanted it laid in my yard, rather than changing to the front yard which would have been easier. I told them what was going to be the problem. When the realization hit them that they had goofed up all of a sudden it was my problem. But I figured if I wanted it a certain way I should give them plenty of notice so that they could pick it up where it is easy. Possibly I would use them in the future.
