We had a little problem getting the repair scheduled since I typed my phone number incorrectly! But we got it sorted out, adjusted the time to my schedule. The repair was done quickly (in about 20 min.) in our driveway. Nice not to need to drive to a shop and wait. Plus the price was less expensive than a nearby glass shop's price. The repair looks good. Would hire again if I need another windshield chip.

I contacted three glass places in obtaining a quote for replacing the
windshield in our 2011 Chevy Malibu. My wife had a rock hit her windshield on the interstate and over time the crack became worse. A Brilliant Repair came in the

. They also took time to answer my questions and had an appointment scheduled within two days. I also liked them because they used the original manufacturers glass(oem) vs a knock off type brand. They even explained how they obtained there glass from a local distributer. It took around 45 minutes for them to perform the glass replacement. Making sure that it was done right I did occasionally watch and noticed they took time and great care with my windshield installation. They also came out to my house which was an added perk. I can't recommend them enough. I was worried that a new windshield would cost around 400 to 500 dollars.

"I met with the purchasers daughter at her apartment. We looked at the break and I explained the process, this particular chip had a large impact spot and several cracks inside the circular perimeter. I completed the repair and had the daughter come down to look at it. She said it looked fine. In any chip repair if the damage has small cracks in it the probability of seeing some reflection off cracks is very high. No chip repair will ever disappear 100 percent you would have to replace the windshield to accomplish that. Windshield repair is done by removing the air from the break and replacing it with a acrylic resin that bonds the chip to prevent any spreading. The severity of the break dictates what the final appearance will be. Sorry for the inconvenience and bad experience."

He was great! We had some miscommunication on our part, and he came twice while we were not home, but he was very patient and understanding, and communicated well with us. He made sure we were taken care of. He was very nice and professional.

I made an appointment with Mike Edwards by phone for 8:00 AM today. At 7:59 AM he pulled up in front of my house. He was friendly and personable. He looked at the chips needing repair, told me they were repairable, and then explained to me how he would do the work. He also examined my windshield for any other areas neeing repair. Then he gave me the phone number and other information to use to call my insurance thus making this repair no cost to me.
Mike said once he got set up the repairs would take about 40 minutes. In 35 minutes he rang the doorbell to inform me he was finished and he asked me to look at it to make sure I was satisfied. The repair was perfect. What a beautiful world this would be if all service people were as professional, skilled, and personable as Mike Edwards of A-Brilliant Repair.

The communication was professional and timely. The customer service was great and the price was reasonable. The actual windshield replacement was skillfully and professionally done. The appointment was scheduled quickly and they arrived on time and were done within an hour. My garage and my car looked beautiful. I would highly recommend and certainly use again!
