IF I COULD RATE THESE GUYS WITH A AAA I WOULD. GREAT CREW AT THE ROUGH-IN. THE GUY THAT CAME OUT AND FINISHED OUT WAS TOTALLY THOROUGH AND LEFT NOTHING INCOMPLETE. THE UNIT IS TOP QUALITY AND QUIET. THEY ARE 30% CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE THAT I CALLED.
