Everything was meticulously scheduled to keep the project moving quickly and efficiently. Eric was so kind and patient. I wish the cabinet subcontractor and the tile guys had been more detail oriented, but Eric did what he could to fix things, and our kitchen turned out beautiful and so much more functional!

If you want a honest and decent contractor Eric is the one. He removed a spiral staircase that led to the loft area that was very dangerous and built a new staircase that is not only safe but beautiful .He built it himself because his carpenter had an emergency and was not available. I was able to witness his skills and how meticulous he was. So I knew everything would be done with high standards. He and his team installed a brand new bathroom in the loft area. There was no plumbing so the plumbing had to be ran threw the attic and downstairs to existing plumbing. All while a new ac system was being installed in the attic. I mentioned to Eric that there would be a lot of workers in the attic together and he said they just need to get along. And they did they worked together and no one complained. That shows you that not only is he an excellent contractor but a no nonsense guy when it comes to his workers.  There was a lot of electrical work done in the bathroom and other living area. The painting that was done was very good. We pretty much stayed on budget except for things I added. There is one thing though, our rescue shepherd loved him so they had to have their me time together before work got started.

This was a sizable project, making a wall where there was previously an archway, cutting a new arch and installing an ornate door in a completely different spot, special wall insulation, tile work, many days of wine rack installation, cooperating with the HVAC folks, led and other lighting fixtures and more. Eric was responsive, prompt and professional from the first contact through completion of the job. We ran a bit over budget and a bit long but it was due largely to our change orders. I would recommend Eric and 360 Remodeling without reservation.
