+ 0 moreEverything was meticulously scheduled to keep the project moving quickly and efficiently. Eric was so kind and patient. I wish the cabinet subcontractor and the tile guys had been more detail oriented, but Eric did what he could to fix things, and our kitchen turned out beautiful and so much more functional!

+ 5 moreIf you want a honest and decent contractor Eric is the one. He removed a spiral staircase that led to the loft area that was very dangerous and built a new staircase that is not only safe but beautiful .He built it himself because his carpenter had an emergency and was not available. I was able to witness his skills and how meticulous he was. So I knew everything would be done with high standards. He and his team installed a brand new bathroom in the loft area. There was no plumbing so the plumbing had to be ran threw the attic and downstairs to existing plumbing. All while a new ac system was being installed in the attic. I mentioned to Eric that there would be a lot of workers in the attic together and he said they just need to get along. And they did they worked together and no one complained. That shows you that not only is he an excellent contractor but a no nonsense guy when it comes to his workers. There was a lot of electrical work done in the bathroom and other living area. The painting that was done was very good. We pretty much stayed on budget except for things I added. There is one thing though, our rescue shepherd loved him so they had to have their me time together before work got started.

+ 2 moreThis was a sizable project, making a wall where there was previously an archway, cutting a new arch and installing an ornate door in a completely different spot, special wall insulation, tile work, many days of wine rack installation, cooperating with the HVAC folks, led and other lighting fixtures and more. Eric was responsive, prompt and professional from the first contact through completion of the job. We ran a bit over budget and a bit long but it was due largely to our change orders. I would recommend Eric and 360 Remodeling without reservation.

Description of Work: I found Eric and his company through Angie's List. I chose him over 2 other highly rated comparable companies because Eric was so easy to talk to and had a lot of great suggestions. After working with him, I discovered he was also honest, did what he said he was going to and in a timely manor, and always said, "We aren't done until you are completely satisfied". He started our complete home renovation February 1, 2014 and completely finished the beginning of June. That sounds like a long time, but my husband and I kept adding more and more things we wanted to do. Here are the things Eric did for our home: all new windows and exterior doors, all new flooring including hardwood throughout except carpet in the bedrooms, installed all new appliances in the kitchen, new back splash, granite, all new lighting throughout every room, new door knobs, baseboards, rocked the fireplace inside and out, rocked behind a large island, all new paint inside and out, extended the dining room to transform into an extra living area, popcorn off the ceiling and re-textured the ceiling throughout the house, a new large screened in porch/living area (including stained cedar walls and ceiling and tiled floor, rocked walls, canned lighting and 2 ceiling fans), new hardware on cabinets, new kitchen sink, canned lighting throughout the house, and crown molding throughout the house. When Eric was done, we felt like we had a brand new home. We couldn't have been more satisfied with Eric and all his workers. We have recommended him many times to our friends. Oh, there is a bonus. Eric was very helpful in picking out materials and colors. I told him he needed an extra bonus for being my decorator too. I've heard horror stories about home renovations, but our experience was nothing short of fabulous. We were completely satisfied with all that Eric did, and that was A LOT!!
