We have a new home and some other people put in the air conditioning. They were called out twice to fix it, and they could not. So, we hired him. He was able to troubleshoot the poor installations and show us what was wrong with the air conditioning. He offered us a pretty good deal in replacing some bad components.

My first dealings with Dean A/C and Heating was when we experienced problems with a heater pilot light that would not remain lit. The unit was over 25 years old, but was one that had previously been both reliable and effective. Another company had checked the unit and would not even discuss repair. They were obviously only interested in selling a complete new system. When Dean came out, he was able to quickly find the problem and repair the pilot light. He then made a thorough inspection of the system and pointed out potential problem areas. He indicated that some of the potential areas were serious enough to warrant consideration of replacement if they developed further. The service call and labor were reasonably priced and handled quickly. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and service provided. Two years later we made the determination to replace the entire heating and air conditioning unit with a more energy efficient system. Dean's provided several options and then ordered and installed the system we selected. The job was done very efficiently, on time, and at the agreed upon price. They even provided enough air filters to service the unit for an entire year. The cost of the new system was competitively priced and professionally installed within one day.

I called one day and Mr. Dean returned my call the same day and had his crew out and the repairs completed the next day. His crew was very professional and answered all the questions I had as I observed the work in progress. Due to this wonderful experience, I will use Dean's from now on.
