DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! JB Plumbing did sloppy work and cut corners everywhere they could combined with an uncaring and unprofessional attitude. My husband knew we should fire them the first time they worked on the house and he was right. We wanted a sink in the garage and told JB to place it next to the back door. They placed the drain pipe RIGHT next to the back door which would place half of the sink actually in the doorway. This was the first problem and it just continued from there. Among the other isssues were the placement of the pipes, pipe size, placement of the plumbing connection box, height of shower heads, installantion of fixtures (several are crooked) and one sink left uncapped with the pipe open to the septic system (it took me two months of bad smells and cleaning before I called another plumber who found the open pipe in five minutes). And the above mentioned garage sink? The drain pipe was not connected to anywhere so I have a sink that doesn't drain. The overall attitude of the company was that my house and myself were an annoyance to them. For example, I wanted to add some outside water spigots. I knew this was not included in the original bid and was willing to pay for the additional work. They REFUSED with the response, "it's not our job to fix her mistakes." In case this review seems overly negative, bear in mind I would recommend and use again EVERY OTHER person who worked on the house.
