I called them and they came over, but got angry with me. They didn?t knock at the door, too and the truck just stopped at the side of the house. He was very arrogant and was rude to my husband. He was also going to charge me for theft as his cage was still with me. The person who came was verbally abusive and also told he was with the secret police force, earlier. I will never use their services in future.
"Nothing that the customer has put into words is true.. The customer called us for the first animal but never called us to come remove the second animal from the trap but called someone else which took our trap (that cost us $140.00) and never returned it. They had the cops call us stating that we must not return and take to small claims. Sorry that they just stole $140.00 plus $85.00 from us. We did get rude but only threatened to file charges."
