he came out quickly, did the work at that time....we were very pleased with his work and tidiness....
Everything was perfect except they messed up on one of the ornamental trees and shaped it into a bush. Fortunately, it's a fast growing tree, so I'm hoping it will look more natural within a couple of months.
What impressed me the most is how careful they were not to disturb my plants and flowers in the flower beds around the trees. It couldn't have been easy to straddle all of my flowers without a single one being crushed.
They also made repairs to my sprinkler system, which was pooling in several areas. I thought some of the pipes were broken, but only the sprinkler heads needed to be replaced.
I've used Tuff Guy in the past and will call them again in the future.
