Chris was very friendly and nice, but the prices are terrible. Its $125 per hour. That includes them driving to your house, going to get parts if needed and so on. I tried to recommend our local Truck Value so he wouldn't be gone and hour and was told No because the company has a Lowes account. We were charged $312.50 in labor. He did 20 minutes actual work tops. The rest was paying him to drive around. The parts were simple and only cost $54.

Everything went great! I called this morning and got a call back in not too much time. He said he could be at our house by noon and I think he must have gotten here between 11:30 and noon. He had a look and gave me an estimate, including that he could take of it right now - as soon as he got back with a toilet. He returned with a new toilet within his estimated time frame and got right to work. In just a little while, he had the new toilet installed and the final tally was right at what he estimated. Everything was left neat and clean.
