"I have the ticket in hand to prove what we done and the charge and customer signed it. When I got to his home we both ran the unit through a cycle it would not leak he said it only leaked sometimes so I took it apart to check out every possible thing the only things that look like it would leak was the door seal was very dirty and a small piece of plastic had a crack in it so I made sure it was sealed and told the customer these are the only two things that I could find and was not for sure if the problem was solved because we could not make it leak again the charge was $92.01 he agreed and understood if we could not see the leak these were the only things we could do."

"THIS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL, yes I went to the home the unit was old he was really undecided if he wanted to fix because of age and top being badly scratched up, it he also asked about replacing the top and told him if that was the case he should just replace the whole unit he then decided to replace the switch that was broken and was told the unit is very old but he wanted it done anyways. So I ordered the part and was back the next working day everything was going good but I did have a issue getting out one screw but ended up being no problem and there were other screw still in place customer was there watching the whole time never left and I was taking out the other last screws with no issue the casing was warped (due to age and over time of getting very hot) and it did chip the edge of the glass which was quickly brought to his attention and at first he was not mad and I said well sometimes this does happen and I was willing to work with him on it told him either I could pay for half the glass top at cost witch was ONLY a little over $400.00 and I would do it for free OR I would give is money back as the deposit for the part and still give him half the money for the top and he could buy a new unit. Then all the sudden he wanted me to buy a NEW Cooktop and I did so no because he knew it was not my fault it happened so after a few words he said give me my deposit back and get out so I did and at that time I have the right not to leave the invoice showing I put a switch in it he said what he wanted and was agreed on but ended up getting a copy anyways stating I did not put the switch in and he got refund due to the unit being old , warped and the glass broke due to that."
"PLEASE READ, do not let this review stop you from calling some customer no matter what you cannot make happy PLEASE look at our other reviews, I did not just replace a icemaker she also had a series electric water valve out and the full price for everything that was done was not $600.00 it was $571.92 with tax the total labor on the whole job was $120.00 the rest was tax and parts when you buy these new electronic appliances this is what happens when they break parts these days are not cheap because of the electronic parts. The unit did not work after I left she called and I was more than glade to go back out to what was wrong and the only thing wrong when changing the parts out air had gotten into the icemaker line and caused it to freeze due to air pocket there is nothing you can do about that when changing parts and the icemaker is the only thing that can make the water flow, so I explained it to she and told her the only thing that could be done is to defrost her refrigerator to let the line defrost and turn unit back on and it will go back working normal again and that was the only thing that could be done because the water lines are foamed inside the door wall and yes at that time she was not happy about defrosting the unit but it was the only way and I have never heard anything else from her till this if she would have called me back I would have went back out if it did not work but the only reason I got this bad review is because she did not want to defrost the refrigerator she wanted it to work then and there and I could not make that happen."

"I'm sorry you feel we done something wrong, but when you call for service we do not know that your Refrigerator still has a warranty on the seal system (compressor) a unit only has a 1 yr. warranty but seal systems are different, but I did take the time out and look it up and let you know that you did we could have been like other companies and said nothing and charged you for a repair or let you buy a new one and as far as the cost a $55.00 service call is average and its free with repair with is told over the phone. So I feel this review is not right and we do not know over the phone what the problem is and its the customers responsibility to know warranty info about there unit being they know when they bought it and they have the book that comes with it we don't know this info but thank you anyways."
