Had to constantly call him about coming out to do work.  Asked for a price quote to do additional work, some sheetrock work, repair wood on corner of house (had originally asked for this in first repair) and fix sheetrock and replace ceiling fixture in kitchen.  Never got an estimate.  Kept calling him and he would say he would send it but never did.  Finally did not return calls.  Not very reliable which speaks to his professionalism.
