+ 1 moreMy house was overdue for a good Spring Cleaning in anticipation of out-of-town company coming.. I hadn't been able to do a good job for quite some time because of health issues. After researching companies on Angie' List, I settled on the White Glove Maid Service. The reviews were good, in addition to their Spring Cleaning service they offered carpet and tile cleaning, and I was able to set up an appointment very quickly that accommodated my schedule. I also liked the fact that the people who would be assigned to clean were employees of the company. Anna and Alejandra, the ladies who came to clean my home were early, came in and did a walk through, went right to work and did a lovely job. Their supervisor, Anna, stopped by at the end of the job to make sure we were happy. Tom, the man who performed the carpet and tile cleaning had his work cut out for him.... Our rugs were well overdue for some TLC. He worked very hard and left the rugs in the best shape they had been in years. All four of the individuals who came into my house were very pleasant. The cleaners worked hard while they were here and left the house clean and smelling fresh. I could have probably gotten a cleaning done a bit cheaper, but I like the fact that these folks are employees of the business and the work was well worth the price. I'll be calling right after this review to try to set up a regular cleaning schedule.

Description of Work: I wanted a full cleaning job. The price and date are approximate. She completely skipped doing the bathrooms. I had to ask them to dust the blinds and she said they aren't dirty they just look dirty. I called after I realized the bathrooms/toilets/tubs had been overlooked. She asked if she could come over the weekend and I said no b/c I had out of town guests coming. She ended up coming the next day at 5pm. It just wasn't the service I expected.

+ -1 moreIt went pretty well. We spoke pretty decent. Their license is insured and bonded. They're flat rate and they're pumped to bring all their other equipment. They're a little bit more than other services but I trust that they'll show up when they say that they will and do that job that they say they will. They get it done. They always show up on time. They always return my phone calls and they're prompt with their scheduling.
Description of Work: We used White Glove for housecleaning. It's a minimum of four hours and it's on a sq ft of a home. Our home is only about 1300 sq ft.
