Although our schedules were not in sync, Doug didn't give up. He did the work on a day when I couldn't be in town to pay him when he finished.
Today he called to see when I would be available, came her to get his money and while here, decided that the gutter needed a few more screws before he was happy.

Doug was very detailed-oriented as he explained to me all the different angles/positions the we could have our TV, and he went the extra mile to re-position the frame for an even better angle of view. He even worked an extra hour on a Sunday, but did not ask for extra money.
He said that he wanted his customers to be happy. So I felt really bad and decided to call him back again for another job. While he was at home, he saw another repair from a previous electrician that we called. Doug pointed out the holes that were left on the wall by the previous contractor and gave us a very reasonable price for another pending repair that we have at home. I am pleased that we have called Doug and that he was willing to work on a Sunday. We will definitely call West Coast Repairs again, and in particular Doug for his great service. They do carry liability insurance since it was the first thing that we asked for.
