We moved here almost exactly one year ago. I have lived in the country, but I have never lived in a development in the country. I have never lived in a place that's had an homeowners association, sales representative etc. In the year we have been here, they have bent over backwards to make sure that there is not a problem. We just had lightning strike the Club House. They were immediately out, telling use what happened. It's almost repaired, and it happened the day before yesterday! I am very pleased that we chose this place to build our home. I joined Angie's List, because the builder turned out to be just terrible. He built a great house, but just nickel and dimmed us to DEATH! I wanted to add a negative entry about this builder to Angie's List. There was already a negative entry listed. I am real pleased with Vintage Oaks. If I was going to be crazy enough to build another house, I would use Vintage Oaks again!
