Did a good professional job!

They started when they told us and finished in 3 days, they came early and left late got the job done professionally and left everything nice and clean. Did a very good job, hard working crew.

Mr. Santana came out and diagnosed the pool gas heater and was able to get the part changed out and still was unable to get it to come on. After a-lot of trouble shooting it was determined that it was a rare issue with our gas pool heater and was able to offer us options to repair. After everything was said and done, Mr. Santana has been able to find resolution to the problem, has been extremely fair and professional. We will continue to keep Urban Oasis (Texas) in our phone book for future maintenance and questions.

This company does quality work for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They communicate with the client through out the process. I am thrilled that the outcome of their work.

After interviewing other contractors, we hired Urban Oasis and are totally satisfied. The contractor did an excellent job, with attention to details, including cutting natural pavers to perfection, resurfacing the pool and replacing glass tiles around it. The contractor was very professional (as well as everyone on his team), he gave a time estimate that he respected to the day, came on site for any questions or doubts we had, and even helped us see what other clients of his remodeled their pool. Excellent service and labor, I would recommend this contractor to anyone looking for reliable, and perfectionist pool remodeler.

Mr. Santana of Urban Oasis Pool & Spa did a great job getting my pool light to work. Before he came, I took a picture of the light and texted it to him so he could assess what bulb was needed. That way, no time would be wasted once he came to the house. Turns out the bulb was OK, but there was a short in line. He fixed that and we decided to replace the bulb too. Mr. Santana obviously loves taking care of pools and takes pride in doing things the right way. He even gave me some useful advice about removing a stain and showed me how to do it. I would definitely recommend him.

Our experience with Urban Oasis Pool & Spa was exceptional, to say the least. We needed repairs and restoration of our in-ground pool.
