Tru Cut Landscapes

I've known Ivan Foster (owner of Tru Cut Landscapes) for about 4 years.  During that time he has landscaped most of my former property (on 5 acres) and provided lawn and irrigation maintenance for an honest and reasonable rate.  Also, being that the house was my weekend home, he would frequently check on my house and do routine maintenance inside and out as well as let service providers in to do work on my home. Many times, he did this for little to no charge. If it hadn't been for him, I don't know how I could have kept the property going and looking presentable.

As we developed a relationship, I started referring him to friends and neighbors.  Everyone has talked about his honesty and reliability.  For instance, he put in trees on my property and set-up an irrigation system.  It was my job to make sure the irrigation was running properly.  After being out of country for about 4 weeks I came back and noticed there was a dead tree.  There had been a hole in one of the tubes due to someone other than Ivan going over it.  Knowing full well, this was ultimately my responsibility, but feeling that the tree shouldn't have died that fast I asked him to get a replacement from the tree farm.  His response was this:" I can't do that and feel comfortable with myself knowing that it was an error on our part".  He proceeded to replace the tree at his own cost.  This is how he routinely did business.  He was always honest and generous.  

When I decided to sell my property, he didn't do what most people would do: increase the price or decrease the quality of service knowing he would soon lose the contract.  In fact, he did the opposite.  He worked extra hard at no extra charge to make sure the property was in tip-top shape so that I could sell it.  He even went out to the property frequently if the realtors needed something.  

As a 44 year-old man, I've done a great deal of business with a lot of people over the years.  I have to honestly say that Ivan is on top of the list for price, quality, and reliability.  Not to mention one of the best human beings I've ever met.

They do good work, and will go above and beyond without an increase in the monthly rate to make sure things look good.  A bit more expensive than similar outfits but it's worth the price, especially given that they won't nickel and dime you when additional work or more clean up is needed. The owner Foster is very responsive and knows his stuff.  Highly recommended.

I have used them for at least ten years and they are excellent. They are very reliable and very friendly. The owner is particularly nice. I will continue to use them in the future.

We had worked together for about 8 years. I only stopped using them because I no longer manage the vacation properties. They never let me down, were dependable and had great pricing. I never had to call for their service and they would come out as needed. They never came out unnecessarily.

They are very professional,  finished everything in a very timely fashion.  They have very good ideas as to what needs done.  I have complete confidence in Ivan Foster and Tru Cut.  They are also very nice people and easy to deal with.

They are always excellent. It is consistently reliable and professional. The times that it has been a major charge, it's because it has been a major job.

I have used Tru Cut Landscapes for regular lawn care for approximately three years and tree trim and removal as required. Mr. Foster is always available to discuss and provide lawn maintenance at its best.The results never disappoint and it is "business the old fashion way" but with the convenience and expediency of e-mail and a webpage.
