The cleaner arrived on time, was very polite, and did a wonderful job on the carpets. We have not lived here for very long, but kids and dogs tend to destroy the main traffic lanes of a carpet. Terry's concentrated on those areas and used scrub brushes where needed. All furniture was moved, and the carpet was completely dry within the two hours. The house looks new again.
