I have had several roof leaks over the years. At least 8. Every time they come out to repair the leak it takes several phone calls. I have made two calls in the past two weeks. You get an answering machine, and still no one has returned my calls. I get free repairs with the purchase but I will probably have to pay another company to come out and fix the latest leak.
When they come out they get the repair done. It is just getting in contact with them that is impossible. Since the work is warranty they blow me off. No service after the sale.

They did an excellent job and cleaned all trash up afterward. They guaranteed their work.
