Did maximum effect to talk to us. He helped alot!

Never happened. Originally booked Joe a month ago to install a play-set we had purchased. His price was fair but his schedule stays four weeks booked out from what he told me. Everything he said in the initial call led me to believe this was the right person for the job. Unfortunately Joe had an issue come up that required him to leave town the day before my install. My initial reaction was fine try to work me in on the list as soon as you can. He said he would call me the next day (which he did), but said due to circumstances of something else coming up that he was semi-retired. I won't go into the reason as it is personal, but I do believe that you never walk out on a customer. Regardless of your situation you should always find a way to make things right and do what you say you are going to do. The company he recommended me to call had horrible reviews which is why I called Joe in the first place. I would never walk out on a customer of mine. Regardless of situation there is always a way to make it right. Unfortunately Joe is not the type of guy to do that. Sad to leave a bad review like this for someone who had all A reviews.

Work performed as scheduled and as quoted. Playground swings look great.

He only does playground equipment installation. No handyman work.

Joe was a complete professional. I called him and we discussed what playset I had and came to an agreed installation date and price. Joe showed up early and completely prepared. He did a great job installing the playset and my kids couldn't be happier. If you need a play set installed don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Joe is your guy.

Awesome. I'm late in writing this review. We actually had installation done in August on a hot day. I talked to Joe before we purchased a set and he provided some guidance on play set brands. Very helpful and we finally settled on a set from Costco. Joe arrived promptly that day and did great job at getting it setup. High quality and fast work. He did the entire set himself and knew exactly what he was doing. Afterward he gave some more advice for the care and upkeep of the set. Tremendously satisfied!

I have nothing but good things to say about Joe Finn and I will recommend him to everyone! He was knowledgable, prompt, courteous, and is overall just a really nice person. He brought one other man with him and they had this HUGE playset up within a few hours! There is no way we could have done that on our own. Extremely reasonably priced - money well spent for sure! He went over maintenance and care of the set, including how to keep wasps out and the best kid-friendly products to use when cleaning, oiling, etc. He even had a print-out for future reference. He will come back and do any repairs needed for the actual unit should we need something done. I would call him again in a heartbeat and do not hesitate at all when I tell you to call Mr. Finn!

Joe assembled the swing set that I purchased for my kids. He arrived on-time (early actually), and completed the project within five hours. He was gracious and polite, and when he completed the job he made sure that I knew how to take care of the equipment.
Outside of the work I hired him for, he assisted me in getting rid of some yellow jackets, while giving me some great advise on how to keep them away from both the house and the swing set. Joe did an amazing job overall, and I would definitely hire him again in the future. Thanks Joe!

There wasn't anything negative about them. They were very polite and professional.

When we purchased the play set we were stunned to learn the company Academy used for delivery and installation of a play set would charge us $650, the assembly alone was $525. Outrageous! Joe gave us the service and experience we could trust. He even provided us tips on maintaining the set and safety factors. Make no mistake, Joe The Swingman, is the only person in the S.A. area, for assembling safe play sets.

Joe Finn, The Swingman of Texas, assembled our outdoor, wooden play swingset/slide system. He was very professional and assembled our outdoor play system in one day! He was helpful in determining where to position the play system based on sun rise and sun set, slope of the land, and other outdoor features planned for the backyard. He even gave us really helpful tips on maintaining the wood and cautioned us on the areas that may attract wasps and what to do to prevent them from habitating in certain parts of the gym. Most importantly, he built this play system so well and sturdy that it does not move. Last night, me, my husband, daughter, and son were swinging on the play scape and it did not budge at all! I feel that it is as safe as it can be

I was given Mr. Finn's name by Jeff's Backyard, where I purchased my new swings and swing hangars. He gave me a price over the phone for changing out my swing hangars. He was able to come within several days of my initial call. He and an assistant took down four old swing hangars and installed four new ones, which required drilling new holes in 5+ inch thick heavy beam, in less than one half hour. He gave me several tips on maintaining the swing set.
