SUGARBEARS CHIMNEY SWEEP

Service provider came to look at the chimney. Told the problem, but unable to do the work because he was too old to do it. But they charge me $95 just to tell me what i already know. I asked him for a referral, but he did not want to hurt his good name.I not please with his work.They could had told he couldn't do the work, when i told him the issue with my chimney.

Arrived on time. Kept the area around the chimney very clean. Made some recommendations. All in all, great experience.

We were very pleased with the service we received. Kenneth arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned our chimney and fireplace and cleaned up after himself. He took the time to answer several questions and offered his advice, including cost-saving options. He was very professional, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. Sugarbear's did an excellent job. We have a somewhat complicated wood stove that had not been cleaned in the two years since we installed it. We had to call the retailer and get detailed instructions on how to access the chimney. The gentleman from Sugarbear's was very patient as all this was worked out, and then he took apart the back of the wood stove and cleaned the chimney. Then he put it all back together just like new. The job was done on time and my living room was left clean and tidy. No soot, etc. Very pleased and will definitely use again.

The chimney sweeper knocks on the door wearing a black coat with a tall black hat is such a friendly, likeable guy. He changes into his work suit and the vacuum he uses has no dust to it. He lays a tarp on the floor and never makes a mess. He does an excellent job and when he leaves, you would never know he was here. He s an older gentleman with a big full beard and the job isn t finished until he cleans out every piece of soot. I ve recommended him to several other people and I am happy with his prices.

The chimney sweeper answered my call quickly and followed up with an estimate for sweeping my chimney. His prices were quite reasonable and he explained the dangers of creosote build up. The sweep was scheduled as soon as a day was agreed on, and the chimney sweeper was not one minute late. He unloaded his truck and started working from the top to the bottom of the chimney. He did an excellent job and cleaned up very well. He was neat, polite and friendly and left the house in tiptop condition.
