Rivas Roofing

Rivas was recommended to me by a local competitor. The estimator came out and looked at my roof and was confident that he could repair the roof. He indicated that he would be there in a few days to complete the repair. He never showed and I called the office, they said they were busy but would be there in two days. When I arrived home that day there were new shingle bundles stacked on the roof. The next day the repairman showed up and completed the job. I was not at home at the time and no paperwork or invoice was left. After a week or so, I did not receive a bill from them so I called the main office in Houston which was the number that I had on the estimate and told them I had not gotten a bill. They said they would followup and a bill would be sent. Eventually, I received a bill with a questionaire regarding the service that was performed. I completed the questionaire and told them of a lack of communication to their customers. The owner called me a few days later to address my comments. He appeared to be concerned and thanked me for the input. A couple of weeks later it rained at my home and the roof leaked at the point where it had leaked prior plus a new leak appeared. I called Rivas and told them of the leak, I was told they would call me back. That was July 18th. I called every week since and no one has come out to complete the repair. Last Thursday, August 9th I was contacted by the person that had done the repair and he said he would be out that day to survey the roof from the attic. He did not show or call and as of today, August 13th I have heard from no one at Rivas Roofing. Hope to get this resolved soon.
